Ordered at the drive thru. No one said anything about having to wait. They don't give refunds so this is probably why they don't say anything. I was told to pull up in front but it was so many cars already waiting it wasn't no where to park. I waited almost 30 minutes for some hard burnt up chicken. I would have probably had to wait another 30 minutes for some more. I've pretty much have had it with many locations here in Indianapolis. Especially on the east side. It's a shame something I grew up with has been such an awful experience here lately.

I ordered the wings And Wedges fan’s favorite box. The chicken was cold .The wedges were cold. I didn’t receive the biscuits that I was supposed to get. The only thing that was good, was the coleslaw. I ordered online and the order was supposed to be ready around 6:15 and when I got there, they said they didn’t even have the order. I wasted $36 on horrible food. My food is usually really good at this location. I don’t know what happened tonight.

The woman at the counter was friendly, but I ordered online and showed up after the order was supposed to have been ready. It took them close to 20 minutes to put the food together after I got there to hand it to me. I was running late and did not check the bag. Later I found out none of my sources or gravy were included. Thanks for the box of dry tenders.

Have been wanting KFC Original Style chicken for a while. While my wife likes Chick Fil A a little better , she did enjoy the KFC strips. Had a biscuit and mashed potatoes and gravy. I had the 3 piece Original Style chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy with a biscuit. They did have the crispy chicken and my wife said the strips were not so coated with crust that it kills chicken flavor. I may try that next time. I can hardly wait. Pepsi was No Sugar Pepsi..... OK but not as good as a good, correct ingredients diet Pepsi. Would go back if In the area.

This restaurant is incredibly slow in serving food. You have to wait for more than half an hour every time, and there are actually not many customers.

Worst KFC ever. Unfortunately I've been here 3 times and every single time im waiting 30 minutes or more. Writing this while Im waiting now. Been here 25 minutes so far. I'll never come back.

Absolutely horrible service, refused to acknowledge the dashers that tried picking up my order, would not answer their phone. After 4 dashers tried to pick up my order, I eventually had to cancel it. Horrible management at this one.

If you order online you have to come inside to pick-up. That's inconvenient. The fries were too salty. The waffles, while I believe are a short term item, were thick and delicious. The tenders were ok.
