This KFC used to be great, not anymore. Employees are rude and move like turtles and snails, no sense of urgency, takes them forever to fill the orders. Tonight stand in line for 10 minutes then they tell me it will be at least a half hour before it's ready. This is the last straw, never coming back to this location.

Visited at 9:35pm....they let me sit in drive thru for 10 minutes before letting me know they were closed lights were still on and google says they close at 11:30.
They were making door dash orders before making my walk in order. The one gentleman was touching stuff then went to pickup food to box without changing his gloves ! I told the manager this was unacceptable!! I shouldn't have had to wait 30 minutes. Will not return to this store.

I had scheduled a job interview with KFC. I went in for it and was told they weren’t hiring. They told me a bot set up the interview but if you aren’t hiring then why tf do you have a bot still scheduling stuff.

Extremely rude drive thru employee. I tried to ask what was in some kind of a bowl they were selling and she said "it doesn't come with a side or a drink". I wanted to know what was actually in the bowl not weather or not it came with anything. So I tried to ask four more times. Every time I tried to ask she immediately interrupted me with "it doesn't come with a side or a drink" before I could even finish the question. After the fourth time of her not even letting me ask a question I told her I didn't want anything and drove off.
This was the first time I had come back there after two years according to google timeline. I had been staying away from this KFC because it took forever to get anything back then. After giving them another shot two years later and dealing with an extremely rude employee I will never be going back.

This location seemed clean for the most part, except for the crumbs on the table we sat at. Staff failed to keep up with wiping down tables between customers. Store was not busy or crowded at the time, only a couple other customers were eating inside. We got a 8 piece special because it was Tuesday, and the chicken was fresh and piping hot. Slaw was good. Staff was friendly. I would visit this location again, its alot better than other KFC's.
Can’t go wrong with KFC. Staff looks overworked and rushed to get all orders out. Brought family and got the family deal. It was ok. Staff kept saying “it’s going to be a minute” as it was a busy day. They had deals going on but we were rushed into it that we didn’t feel appropriate to order. Ok prices. Food was ok . Refills on drinks are free (:

Food is delicious, but the place is disgusting and unhygienic. The bathroom is nasty n tables is sticky the guy was Cleaning. The tables used paper clean the Sit and the tables with the same paper.

An hour for mediocre, greasy fried chicken? Hard pass. I'd give 0 stars if I could. We've been going here for fried chicken for the last couple years, and the service has gotten progressively worse. Tonight it took 15 minutes from the time we reached the drive-up order stand until they took our order. Then it took another 15 minutes until we reached the window (with only 1 car ahead of us) . Then, after waiting at the window for another 5 minutes, we were told it would be another half hour to actually get the dinner that was *supposed* to be faster than me cooking. ETA: while I was writing this my husband got in and out with chicken in five minutes at the one on 21st.
