Trying to call to get information and the automated service is horrible and then when I finally got transferred to the store, nobody answered. I guess I’ll go somewhere else
I am unfamiliar with this store; I typically shop at Super Target, and that being said, when I go to Kroger, I usually go to the location in Zionsville. The Nora location, in my opinion, is disjointed in the way the ailes are set up. The flow is off and disjointed. The store used to be very clean, but now it is dingy and dark. And it smells, if there is a smell when you walk into a grocery store, and it's not the deli (e.g., the bread baking or other sweets) but a sour old meat smell that tells you their meat dept Is not clean, and that is not a good sign. Whole foods used to smell like this as well until they got it together. You should not smell a foul odor the moment you cross the threshold, especially since you walk straight into the produce section first. The floors are filthy. They only ever have one lane open for traditional checkout, and the rest of the lanes are self-service.
Now, I just worked for 9 hours. Why do I want to go to the grocery store and work again, checking myself out? I hate that stores are doing that. I prefer human contact. I have no problem waiting, so why not pay a human and stop expecting people who work all day to then go to their local grocery store and work more to buy food that is outrageously priced?
I came to this Kroger expecting good service. I did not get that. I went to the service desk for a money order at 11:05 am after standing there for over 5 minutes I stopped a employee and asked if someone was available to help me, he stated that he would find out. When he came back he told me that no one would be available for another 45 minutes. This is clearly Poor customer service. There was no one to assist and there was not a sign displayed saying that there were closed. I have taken the time to stand here and write this review with no one asking if I need help. 11:16am
Went in the store today to get some Hawaiian bread and it had mold on the first three layers in the box facing the deli. I spoke to the lady and she replaced the ones that I had and took the other ones in the back…. please be aware check your food. Check the Expiration date.
Today I went to this supermarket, because there is nothing to buy, so I came out empty-handed, did not expect to be stopped by a staff member, suspected that I had stolen something, to check my backpack, I was very angry, want to call the police, but I all the things in the backpack poured out, this man left
The self-checkouts are the absolute worst. The system is so ridiculously slow that you have to wait at least 10 seconds between every item because it thinks you’re stealing and not bagging things. If you don’t trust me to check out my own groceries, then maybe try having a cashier or two???
Kroger has some awesome sales this week don't walk run to Kroger!!!
Hello, my name is Whitney Bridges. I was born in Indianapolis, so I am familiar with the city. My grandmother, Gloria had a recent visit at this location, and left going to the hospital. There was a young white woman, that seemed to be helping, but the experience ended up becoming traumatic. My grandmother typically shops at this store with no issues, but for whatever odd reason, one of Krogers employees made an elderly woman forget where she was at. The reason this happened is because the employee was being so rude, and decided to take her frustrations out on my grandmother. My family is very important to me, especially the foundation of my family. I would like this to be brought to you alls attention, because something has got to give. No one should ever be uncomfortable where they shop at. My grandma loves to cook, she goes to this store to buy all her groceries. This is very sad and embarrassing. No one should ever make anyone feel so low that they make them forget their surroundings. This is very traumatic and heartbreaking, as I do stay in OKC, miles from my grandmother. Please hold whoever accountable, and do better!
They have great deals for the items that I use quite often
Terrible customer service

MOLLDDDD
Been standing in line for 20 mins to buy a money order. As of yet nobody will help. Ridiculous.
Generally ok store.
Customer service in self check out is horrible! Don’t shop here unless you want to be judged!!
Pharmacist Bryan and Technician Andrew went above and beyond for a medication refill that was urgent. My concerns were their concerns, and they really made my day! Customer service is not the way it used to be, but thesegentlemen are choosing to put their customers first. Thank you Bryan and Andrew! The self check out lines are always available at this location, too.
