Tequila's 2 Mexican Restaurant & Bar

I came out one night all the way from Detroit to DJ and that was fun and the people we’re nice and inviting, but the bartenders were kinda awkward to deal with. Overall good night.

Great bartender and the tacos have been great. Good lunch spot and late night bar in irvington!

I had carne asada tacos and chorizoqueso. They were awesome! The server was really nice and funny. Go.

The freshest and best Mexican food in the city! Oscar is a wonderful host and will make sure all diners leave happy. This is the only Mexican restaurant we go to now.

I just bought 3 tacos with rices and beans there, the rice and beans smell they've been cooking since yesterday. Omg those people they don't respect customers. I will never go back to this place anymore.

I just tried to put a pickup order for their over priced 3 for $10 tacos, Chips & Salsa, and Queso. Unfortunately their card reader couldn't read my debt card. Their response was I must not have enough money. Well I wouldn't have put the order in if I didn't have the money to cover it. Thanks for profiling me like I'm broke. Never shopping here again... Their tacos are skimpy by the way...

EAT THIS DELICIOUS FOOD PEOPLE. This place is seriously an Indy gem. Tequila's #2 has the freshest, most delicious little menu you will find in the city. Shrimp tacos (made fresh!!!!) Blew my mind, margaritas killed it, and the service was fast and friendly. If you haven't been here yet you are missing out!!!!

Fresh and authentic Mexican fare. Visited last year and it was ok, but nothing to rave about. This visit, however, was different. Under new management, the food is fresh and not sitting and waiting for an order. The chicken tacos were juicy and the shrimp tacos were hands down the best in Indy. Well made margaritas as well! Plan to visit regularly.

My girls and I visited for lunch and it was very good!! The menu is simple and we didn't necessarily enjoy that everything was basically an a la carte add on. But the tacos were delicious and the margs were flowing with tequila. The staff was very friendly and excited to get us anything we needed. Would definitely go back soon.
