LiftOff Creamery - Irvington offers delicious ice cream with a large flavor selection, including a graham cracker with chocolate bits flavor and the Banana Cream pie flavor that left customers floating on a cloud. The banana pudding ice cream is highly recommended, along with terrific sherbet and milkshakes. The staff is friendly, efficient, and professional. Customers appreciate supporting a local shop over Dairy Queen, though a kids cone, 2 scoop dish, and medium shake cost almost $20. Some concerns were noted about a gas smell upon entering, but the clerk was receptive. The loaded fries and cheese curds or sticks look good on the website. Overall, it is considered the best ice cream in Indianapolis with very serviceable regular food.
