Service is fast and the food never misses! I recommend!
Been coming here for 5+ years and my goodness this experience was bad. Birria tacos fell apart within one bite. Not double wrapped and had to eat my meal with a fork. Margaritas tasted like dish soap. Waitress never provided napkins, removed plates, or offered refills. Waitress also asked how the bill was going to be split before we even ordered. Then asked again after we were done, apparently forgot she already asked. Then it took 10 minutes to get a check. Dont order the birria. Sad. Seems like it's gone to shit

We came because it was “cinco de mayo” ... we expected relevant music ... possibly even mariachi music ... none of that oh well
This was some of the best Mexican food I've had. I got the Carnitas Hacienda. The meat was so tender and flavorful. The pickled vegetables, yum! Everything from appetizers to dessert was amazing. Our server was friendly and great with recommendations. All around a great dining experience I recommend to all!
Had an amazing family dinner night Saturday at La Hacienda. Started with their chips and salsa, and shrimp empanadas which were delicious. Ordered kids chicken with rice and beans, filet steak and beet salad. Great flavor and just enough spice to enhance the dishes. I tried a tequila flight and my husband has spicy margarita. Loved the special reserve tequila that La Hacienda had. Service and food was great quality and we will be back again!
The food was great. The service was excellent, but where things went awry was when we arrived with our own birthday cake to celebrate my birthday, and they said that we couldn't be served our cake at our table, but they would give us paper plates and plastic utensils and said we could eat it outside somewhere. That was fine but we decided we would just take the cake with us when we left. On the way out, they gave us our cake and we rushed over to the Desert Ridge improv to make our 930 show and we arrived at 9:30 and made our way into the venue. At that exact time, my phone rang and I noticed there were two other missed calls from that same phone number that I didn't see because my phone was on silent while I was driving. There was a woman from La Hacienda who asked me if I had the wrong cake to which I promptly looked in the bag and told her, yes, this is not our cake but then she said that she needs to get it back because the people need their cake and I told her ‘no'x that I was entering the improv and the show is about to start. And she called me again, and I answered the phone, but I couldn't hear it was too loud in there by the time we got home, their cake was ruined because it needed refrigeration, which we didn't know at the time that it was a cheesecake. I'm very surprised that a manager from the restaurant didn't call this morning.
We have been to La Hacienda several times and it is one of our favorite Mexican restaurants in the Scottsdale area. It's definitely more upscale for a Mexican restaurant and it is located within the grounds of the Fairmount Scottsdale Princess resort. The inside of the restaurant has a nice ambiance and they also have a large bar area. We were able to valet our car there and you can get your valet ticket stamped at the restaurant for free parking. The food at the restaurant is excellent and I highly recommend the homemade guacamole that is made at your table. The margaritas are also fantastic. One of my favorite meals at this restaurant is the fillet. If you're looking for a little bit nicer dining than the average Mexican restaurant, this is the place to go. It's also one of the restaurants run by the famous chef, Rick Sandoval. It is a little bit more expensive as it is a nicer restaurant on resort property, but we have never had a bad meal there in the 10+ years we've been going to La Hacienda. Highly recommend.
Jess and Berkeley were fantastic! Great food, wonderful tequila recommendations and top notch service.
Neighborhood staple, the owner supports local fundraisers and is very charismatic. Only complaint is they raised the price on the 32 ounce draft beer.

Not worth the money. Portions were small as per the price.

Great lunch specials. This place has been one of my favorites recently. I get the Arroz con Pollo lunch special and it’s a big lunch portion at a great price and tastes amazing!

Beautiful spot with amazing food and service. They were more than accommodating for our group of 10. We enjoyed that ambiance of the patio. My husband and I split the carnitas, the chips and salsa were amazing, and many enjoyed some of the many margarita selections.
Hands down, best Mexican food on the northeast side

On 12/19, this location catered to my company for a holiday party and they did not disappoint! From being absolutely professional, communicative, and delivered what was asked. La Hacienda provided excellent customer service and all of the food was immaculate! Moving forward they will be a staple for our company and also myself! If you or someone you know is looking for delicious Mexican food with a positive environment. This is the place for you!!! 5/5 stars!

Food tasted good. The ribeye tacos, chips and salsa, rice and beans were delicious. The presentation of the ribeye tacos was strange though. You get 3 tacos per order and the tacos were laid out flat with 3 uncut pieces of meat. It tasted great but I expected the meat to be chopped. Just a strange way to serve tacos. We also ordered chicken fajitas and the portion of the fajitas were small while the chicken was also dry. The side of guacamole with the fajitas was really good. Lorena was our server and she was polite and friendly! The ambiance is nice as we visited during the Christmas time and they play a great variety of Spanish music inside the restaurant. Many songs that I personally listen to.
