Unfortunately we used to come here all the time and it was great the last several months it has really gone downhill they only do drive-thru food and not at the machine yet to go to the window. Such sad I don't give them long and they'll be out of business

(Hands down) They are very polite, they make SURE to ask what additional resources you need with your meal (sauces/sides) they do NOT ask you to purchase additional items they have on discount (as those items are shown) & the food is as fresh as it can possibly be. I have been craving fish for several days now and after a long painful day I decided to stop at Long John Silver's on my way home. It was so cold and snowy out that I didn't want to get out of my car so I went through the drive through. I hadn't been to this restaurant for several months so I saw a lot of things had changed.
