Made a quick trip to Luciana’s because we were craving Mexican today. My go to is always Nachos and a Mango Margarita!! Absolutely love their food!!!

I ordered take out and noticed that I didn't receive part of my order when I got home. Called to restraunt and had to take the 30 minute drive back to get my missing items; I wasn't compensated at all for their mistake. I'm sure the food would've been better if I didn't spend time driving back and forth to get it all.

Had two experiences where the tip was increased on my bill. I had a 26.00 lunch. Tipped 5.00 and the Total should have been 31.00. Instead I was charged 39.00. On 09/16/24.

The food was not good. It tasted watered down and unflavored. I would not recommend to anyone

Food was okay, not my favorite. Rice wasn’t bad. Service wasn’t at its finest. Never got refills, not because we didn’t see her, she passed by more than 10 times. Yes I could have asked for more drink, but that’s beside the point. She passed by 10 times didn’t ask us once how we were doing.

Food quality is good had the street tacos. Personally I think they're priced a little high for the quantity of food you're getting. But the ginormous margaritas make up for it.

Great service and tasty food!

Very good food and service were the highlights of the visit. Really enjoyed the chicken quesadilla. Went with a party of 17 and the service was amazing. We were seated promptly, served water immediately, and drink orders were taken. Food was then ordered and it arrived promptly after a very short time. Highly recommended if you have a large group. Prices were very reasonable.

When we entered, the waitress greeted us with a friendly smile and said hello! She immediately took our drink orders and swiftly brought them back! She then asked if we were ready to order, we needed more time and she returned in 5 minutes. The food came out hot and was delicious. The waitress continued to check on us throughout our time dining! Service, drinks and food were phenomenal! For an outstanding experience, be sure to patronize this Luciana’s location and avoid the sickening lack of service you will receive at the Luciana’s in Broad Ripple!
