I’ve been to this location several times and have always been pleased, last night I went at 8:45 just before closing. The restaurant was clean and the counter service was pleasant but my food was pretty bad. The pepper jack turkey sandwich was dreadful. I asked for mayo and they drowned it!! I had to eat my soggy sandwich with a knife and fork! The potato salad which I normally love was bland and the potato’s were undercooked and hard. My sweet tea was unrecognizable as iced tea. The brookie was the only redeeming item from my dinner. I don’t know what happened but goodness, not a good experience….i will be thinking twice the next time I want a sandwich!

Broccoli soup was still as great as I remembered. They were not too busy on a Sunday afternoon. Store was clean, and dishes were promptly cleaned up after customers left. Food for the whole party was delivered at the same time even though we all ordered separately. Food was all delicious, but the baked potato seemed a little over cooked on the skin side.

Parking: Parking spots in front of the business are very limited, and shared with several other businesses.

I haven't been here is a few years, but I got the potato soup and half but sandwich and it was delicious. Pickles are amazing, they gave us extra.

My King Club sandwich was awesome! Fresh ingredients in my Chef Salad. I would recommend E Washington St to my friends.

I just got McAlister’s less than 30mins ago. I ordered online so I could bring lunch to my husband. They gave me moldy fruit. I don’t know how this is acceptable. If you saw it was molded why still put it in someone’s order? Disappointed and the sandwiches were throw together all sloppy in the box won’t be going back to this location.

Food is always great. It's not cheap here. Closer to $20 a person. The chicken and dumplings are great, too.

I went up to the counter because they forgot to put cheese on the baked potato. When I went up to the counter I asked the lady nicely if she could take it back and but cheese on the potato she said something back and said she could give it to us on the side instead. After, she proceeded to complain about it to another worker and customer.

We ordered on doordash and our dasher brought us the wrong order, my wife called to talk to McAlister's and they were very understanding and upset with our experience, they remade our order so we could come pick it up! They handled the situation amazingly, will definitely be back for in store experience next time.
