This East Washington St McAlister's has by far the nicest, most genuine staff and ALWAYS puts care and attention to the orders. Never had a so-so meal or average at this location. Staff, food, and ambience is PERFECT!

This location is sometimes hit and miss for us. Lately they have been forgetting something in our order almost everytime we order and pick up. This last time they forgot almost half the order.
Edit: I've grown sick of this location over time. They always get something wrong during pick up. This time they forgot a lemonade, my kids mac and cheese was liquid slop with no noodles. No straws. Not coming back here, do yourself a favor and go to a different...

I’ve always had great things to say about this McAllisters. The staff has amazing hospitality (making sure your order is correct, you’re getting the best deals, welcoming you when you walk in, etc.) and the restaurant is always clean and welcoming. I did a pickup order through the app and received a hand written card. I’ve never gotten one from a restaurant before, and I’ve been going to this location since I was a kid. Though they don’t know that, it still made my order...
