From Vegas, ordered UberEats from here. Let me tell you, I used to work for McDonald’s and when I say that this food was not supposed to be even served I mean that.They gave me a chicken sandwich with a patty so hard the only thing that could explain it is that it was left out all day.Same with the fry’s, they looked disgusting, tasted like they’ve been siting for a good few hours. And not even salted to make it bearable.The soda was great! if they managed to mess that up I seriously don’t know what I’d think.Calling corporate about this and reporting it. This seems like a franchisee that’s not taking care of the company as they should. The quality dangerously lacks. And it seems a lot of other reviewers agree with me, its unfortunate that they don’t care to the customer as they should.

Worst experience, would give 0 stars if I could. Management is a joke. They mess up my kids happy meal every time. I let it slide because they fix it but enough is enough. Since when did a ice coffee cup become a water cup an smaller than a kids drink. I was charged extra for a drink that’s included in my kids happy meal. Always get a receipt an double check it an ur food before you pull away. I called corporate today due to the dispute with the he/she manger that refused to give me his name, gave me false information for the district manager/Owner, witch sucks for him because I will get the correct information an have a long talk with the owner of this operation. Its not hard to mess up a kids meal plain cheese burger when you repeat yourself more than 4xs ordering that it should only be bread,meat an cheese only. Paid for a iced coffee an this was a small witch is smaller than a kids meal drink. SLOW incompetent employees. Just went through a few hours ago. Ordered a small shamrock shake (melted consistency) and 2 large light lemonade. They only had one and wanted me to pull into a slot with the other 10 people waiting. Refused. Parked that car and told them to change it out and I'd wait and block 30 people. Sooooo tired of this location. Every car was diverted to the overflow parking spots. Food took a long time. They forgot one of our sandwiches.
Kid-friendliness: The happy meals always have a little surprise for the kids inside of the happy meal boxes/happy meal bags..

I’m done going here been in beech grove my whole life and I’ve never had so much bad experience or so much trouble at a fast food place. Next time I go to McDonald’s it will be somewhere else. I shouldn’t have to repeat myself more than 4 times on what I order and when I say my order you want to put something else and i correct you nicely and still get my order wrong I’m the one paying for the order and it ain’t cheap. Any fast food / restaurant isn’t going to be cheap and I get that mistakes happen but not every time I go to this place. It never used to be this bad and that’s what sucks so I don’t know what happened or what changed. I can’t tell you how many times I seen and heard that other peoples order get wrong. I will not be going here again. I hope something happens to where it can get better. I rather spend my money and the worker apologize for their mistake rather than being rude and I have to repeatedly get my order messed up every single time never fails.

First, I like the fact that this McDonald's still lets you serve your own drinks at the fountain, thereby avoiding the "cup of ice with a hint of cola" situation. This location is always clean, too. I must say, though, that I HATE the self-serve screens. Yesterday I searched in vain to add chocolate milk to my little grandchild's Happy Meal. I could only find white milk. Then as I tried to finish our order, the screen insisted that I add a dollar to make my meal a BOGO. I didn't want that! But when I attempted to cancel the BOGO, it canceled my entire meal. YEESH! So I gave up and went to the counter and put our order in with a living human being (and thank heaven that option is still available!) BUT... Never, ever, at this location have I ever received an order that was completely correct. First, they left out the grandchild's chocolate milk. Then I had to return to the counter because they hadn't included sauce for the nuggets. The staff people were pleasant and polite, I'll give them that, though. All I can say is, if you're using the drive through at this location, check EVERYTHING in your order before you pull away, because it will rarely be correct. And, yes, everything you've seen online about the diminished fish sandwich is true! I would stake my next pension check on the fact that not just the sandwich, but the box it comes in, is smaller. I've loved McD's fish sandwiches for years, but no more. Way too pricey for such a miniscule portion!

It's as good as any other McDonald's. I don't expect anything fancy. It is clean. Somewhat Spartan. I dislike kiosks anywhere. You can't pay cash at a kiosk. The kiosk didn't give me a receipt for my card. It didn't tell me my order number.
