Made a mobile order and apparently it didn't go through despite all my proof. I was accused multiple times of placing the order incorrectly or for the wrong location. Not a single apology for the inconvenience and it took them over a half hour to get it worked out. Foods warm but not piping hot like I'd expect for the wait time and level of inconvenience it created for me. It was a big order too. Ordered a mcdouble with light ketchup and a mcChicken with cheese. Received two plain double cheeseburgers.
My coworker who rode with me also didn't receive the correct sandwich. Had to eat because I would've been late back to work going back.
If you can't talk and work then just work.
waited 15 minutes and drive-through line, Waited another 10 to even have someone speak to me after I said hello. When they finally tried to take my order, it seems like they have no idea what they were doing when I asked for a six piece happy meal they put a bacon double cheeseburger. I just told them to cancel the order
