I FREQUENTLY order through my app, click that I am there and have my mom pick it up for me. It has never been a problem before until today. They took my money refused to give her my order. She showed proof of purchase, and the receipt. Needless to say I will be going out of my way for not on instead of to the closest McDonald's because they are thieves! And I better get my money back. I will be calling corporate tomorrow!!!

I think the heavens are telling me not to eat at this establishment. When I say the food is never fresh unless you demand it to be. Like you know the fries are cold when you hand them out. Don’t tell me to pull up with 1/2 my food and now that is cold by the time I get fresh fries. The only person who is always pleasant is John who works mornings. Customer service training needs to be in full force at this location. Nobody wants to buy cold food and be served with an attitude.
