McDonald's Reviews
The worst McDonald’s I have ever seen in my life. Over several years I have given this McDonald’s a few chances. And it keeps getting worse.
I waited over 40 minutes for a mobile order. Employee came to my car with incorrect order. After a while I came to the window and they said they were not able to fulfill my order completely. I asked for something of equal value. After that I asked to speak to a manager and the employee close the window on me and did not come back....read full review

McDonald's, a well-known fast-food chain, has experienced some notable changes over time. While some customers appreciate the convenience of self-ordering kiosks, others find the process confusing, especially when they've already placed an order through the app. The pricing and availability of items, such as hash browns, can vary across different locations, leaving some customers surprised.
Despite these differences, the core menu items, like the plain double cheeseburger, remain consistent. However, customers sometimes encounter issues with their orders, such as missing ingredients or incorrect preparation. The staff's attitudes can also vary, with some employees seeming disinterested or even rude when dealing with customer inquiries.
Overall, the McDonald's experience can be hit or miss, with some customers satisfied with their visits and others frustrated by the inconsistencies or poor customer service. The restaurant chain continues to evolve, adapting to new technologies and customer preferences, but maintaining its status as a familiar and widely accessible fast-food option.
