There seems to often be something missing or wrong. Tried to get support for a mobile order on the app, but they closed the ticket and said they gave the info to the location. If that's the case, management has failed to respond or give a partial refund. Yes it's $2, but I shouldn't have to put in so much effort to get money back for something I didn't receive.

While this isn't the best McDonald's it is in now way a bad McDonald's. They are fast and the food is fresh and hot. The fries need more salt in my opinion but that's an easy fix. I don't think I've spent more than 2 minutes in line before getting everything. And while on occasion they forget a straw they are quick to correct it and apologize. I highly recommend if you need a bite to eat. Additionally the drive through is easy to navigate and has plenty of room to turn.

Hours say they are open. Door locked and no one answered the drive thru. I put in an order on door dash and then they opened the door.
