Can’t rate 0 stars but this is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. I’m the AGM of my own store and I would be absolutely furious if any of my employees treats our guests like this. I placed a mobile order and they parked me in a spot and proceeded to bring me out half of my food, my boyfriend went in with my phone to get the other half of our food, he then proceeded to come back outside and tell me they can’t give us our “correct” food until we give back the food we got. All we were asking for was for the items to be given to us that were missing. He then went back in with the “wrong” food and brought out the “right” food which was still missing part of our order. Then gave us attitude when we returned for the rest, disgusted.

Kim is clearly overstressed and underpaid. Had a terrible interaction with her today. Will definitely be calling corporate. I pick up here every single morning for the past year never in my life have had an issue with the mobile order .. She was extremely rude very unpleasant. Obviously she was stressed, but for her to speak to me, that way was completely uncalled for . After my order finally came up. She told me that it was corporate's policy that they adhere to a time standard with their to go orders whatever that means she started to apologize repeated I wanted her name. She smacked her lips and I told her I wasn't upset with her that I just didn't appreciate the entire interaction. I'm not paying customer And a human being as well as she is do better, Kim . I will be calling corporate and reporting this interaction
