Customers often enjoy trying different flavors each week, with favorites like the New York Strawberry cheesecake cookie, French silk pie, churro, and chocolate chunk. Many appreciate the convenience of the app for quick ordering and pickup, although some mention small issues linking in-store and app orders. The shop offers a mix of cookies and mini cakes, showing resilience and adaptability despite some negative feedback. The store locations are small and mainly self-service, with parking available nearby.
