Wouldn't let my 5 year old daughter use the bathroom till after I made a purchase.
Always have a good experience with drive thru, fries are always good any time of day. Can’t remember the last time I’ve had an item incorrect.

This is the absolute worst McDonald’s in the evenings and on weekends. Food is rarely fresh. Employees are rude and “think” they know how to do their job. They all like to hover around the landing area and play around. Does the owner and supervisors ever come to the store during these hours? Because I would be ashamed to have this as my franchise. Absolutely ridiculous.

Service was fast. My complicated order was exactly correct. Restroom was clean, everything functioning great. First time at this Mc Donald’s.

More than 10 employees arguing, one employee with a clipboard, maybe the manager. They ignored the customers as we all stood there listening. The manager was actually holding my order and I had to interrupt their arguing to say that's is my order. Another customer was ringing the bell, but ignored by all employees. It was an embarrassment to McDonald's. No one working, overstaffed. Just literally did not care. This happened December 17, 2024.

I went through to get a egg biscuit they asked if I wanted cheese I said no, got up there still got cheese went to get another and they gave me a burnt hard as Rock biscuit as well as the egg burnt too

Food is great, the soda is great, even though the left side of the machine will give you flat soda but luckily enough there's also Diet Coke on the right side so no issue there. My issue is if you are going through the drive-thru, the employees, under guidance of management, abuse the system where they have you pull forward to wait for your food so they can get someone behind you who hasn't ordered that is ready sooner, out to them and bring yours when it is ready. I was behind one person, no one behind us, they sent that person around to the front and then they immediately sent me around to the front. This is because they are screwing around with their numbers. You know, how fast it takes to get someone through the system and get the food completed and all that, it will clear out a screen before they even start making the food which isn't what they are supposed to do, and they get you around so they can act like you've already been completed, and it's all because of the stupid system that was put in place many years ago and when you put these systems in place to track things, and then you incentivize people, you're not going to get the right information. So in reality, they are committing fraud against the people who give out bonuses for having good numbers. They're committing fraud if they win awards for being the fastest service against other restaurants who don't pull those shenanigans. I mean, they all do, but I'm just saying, that's what they are doing. My problem is that I have honor and integrity and it feels shameful to purchase stuff from places that are committing fraud right in front of your face. Luckily enough I'm about to move from the East side to the north side, and I won't have to deal with these dishonorable employees anymore

I ordered the McRib ( w/o onions and pickles)and Regular coke. I received a Diet Coke BUT the McRib had a bunch of pickles and Onions WHY? My receipt said No onions and pickles? Then there was very little bbq/sauce on the sandwich. I was very disappointed 😞.

Never get my order right I order on the app and they said if I want fresh food to come in well that defeats the whole purpose they don’t start making it till you give them your online code not before so why can’t it be made fresh I struggle with them all the time nothing but but but teenagers working in there it’s a bit frustrating and I if I call ahead no one answers this is the closet one to my house so I just send the food back and in and lady night they just out my sons cheeseburger in in the microwave nice job like like k wouldn’t notice the meat was the same and the cheese was just c

Came here a number of times, I will never come here again - that is how bad it’s gotten. I’d rather drive miles away to the next one if a McDonald’s at all than come here. Shit service from rude employees, food is cold when you get it, soda flat - this last time I refilled twice from back/front so every soda frozen the shop today is going to be flat, no carbonation. Fries about a third empty not quite the half full that’s becoming McDonald’s norm. Environment - in store loud beeping employees talking to each other ignoring customers and one constant loud high pitched whistling. I’d complain to a manager so they could turn it around but experience says they’ll take their employees side or they won’t care - assuming there IS a manager onsite.
