I ordered through the app. Received a code and an itemized confirmation email with record of payment. The manager on duty refused to complete my order because they never received it. I know my one order or returning business wonât break them but to offer no solution is ridiculous because you canât cancel an order in app after itâs placed.

This McDonalds is horrible. The staff is rude, ignoring the customers and the line. One man in line asked for his money back because he's spent his entire lunch break waiting for food. The staff refused to even acknowledge him and were laughing with each other. They were slow enough that I sat down and did a mobile order on my phone to get my frappe~ it took 6 mins to get my frappe after it sat there on the counter. I absolutely have never seen any restaurant with such indignant employees. Save yourself the hassle and just pass this McDonalds up.

Great friendly atmosphere, the kiosk ordering confusing. It states take a number l, place it on your table, and your food will be delivered, yet the food never is/was, you are still obligated to wait for it. So after waiting for the food for about 8 minutes I went to inquire only for our number to be called. If I hadn't stepped out to ask, I'd missed hearing the number I never knew I was supposed to listen for. Family friendly otherwise. Love there is a restroom in the play area.
Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible we appreciate it. It was customers whom don't have handicap needs that made parking difficult.

Is it possible to give McDonald's five stars for food? I mean it kind of is what it is right? Service was okay nothing exceptional. Food was fine it's kind of what you expect but you may be high on the mediocre scale and inside it's pretty well the same as any other fast food joint in the world.
