I waited at least 15 minutes at the counter to pick up a mobile order, without any acknowledgement from employees. When one employee did tell the manager that a lady was waiting a while, he said, “I don’t care. She can wait. She can go to hell, that’s what she can do.”
At that point, I cancelled my order and left. I hope the people waiting behind me got better (or any) service, but I wasn’t going to wait around any longer to find out. Absolutely horrible service,...read full review
This has got to be the worst ever! Never get your order right and then have nerves to be rude. Watched 2 people in front of me get their orders wrong. Then they got my order wrong and the supervisor got smart! NEVER WILL I SPEND A DIME AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN.
