Our grandchildren liked the Happy Meals we picked up for them as we drove through the area. They devoured the French Fries and nuggets. They were either really good, or we waited too long to feed them.
We ordered ahead through the McDonald's app. The attendant who takes the order was disconnected or aloof when we arrived. It's possible that she could not hear me through the speaker. My thoughts were confirmed when we got up to her window. After handing us our receipt and telling us to have a good night, she turned to a nearby mirror and was doing her hair. The attendant who handed us the food was very pleasant and kind. He greeted us with a smile and the food ready to give us as we pulled up to his window. The service time took a little longer than the service times that McDonald's strives to achieve. This was not a problem, just not what we would expect. The parking lot was full, and the building was packed

I ordered my food at 4:36 I paced the floor in front of the counter desperately trying to leave for 30 minutes. #661 was my order, it was never called, I asked an employee about my order and it was sitting around getting cold for a long time, when I spoke to the manager "PJ" he did not try to fix the problem he only chose to argue literally saying "I can't help it if you can't hear!" I replied with two words refund please? He went back and forth with me three times, all I could say was refund please. He finally gave me my refund but I would have preferred a hot meal replacement without this back and forth attempt to argue with me!

Ordered food via GRUBHUB/ DoorDash multiple times every time the order is wrong in some way. This time the tea was well past expiration. The taste was spoiled. I reported it to GRUBHUB and HAHA my account is flagged because I have gotten excessive refunds from them for this location. I informed them the tea was expired and I drinkable, my husband is sick because of this and when we tried to call the store location to tell them their tea is bad before someone else gets sick and they didn’t even answer the phone.

The service staff is very bad, terrible service, they treat Spanish-speaking people badly because they don't know how to speak the language and there is a lady who serves the service who should be working in the kitchen or in another position but no customer service, anyway, a bad customer service and more to Spanish-speaking people

We showed up at 8:10. He locked the dining room door right in front us, despite the hours on the door stating the dining room was open until 10. We then sat at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes with no acknowledgment. Clearly this location doesn’t value business.

DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS!!! The “see you next tuesday” who took my order was so rude and short asking what i want and had a nasty attitude. Then i got the wrong food because they were too incompetent to serve the correct food. i’ll call corporate for free stuff to use at a different location not full of dropouts and crashouts.
