I don’t know how you have people like that working on your McDonald’s. The night of November 1st I was doing DoorDash and I had to go to this specific McDonald’s and the lady at that location was very Rude and racist. I believe she is Hispanic. With red hair that works there she is being racist o to Hispanics when she had the nopal on her face. I stood there for like 10 mins while she was yelling at me like crazy for not reason. The order was next to her ready and all what she was doing is talking smack and talking to me in Spanish like I don’t speak English. She make me feel uncomfortable coming to this location and she was being racist and making fun of me. If u don’t like your job please quit and find some other places. It was last night arround 11 or mid night

I usually go to the drive-thru and it's pretty quick because I order beforehand on the McDonald's app. However when I went inside one time it smelled so bad like manure. I don't think I'll ever order from here again knowing there's a stench inside that building and still preparing food. Honestly don't know how they pass the health inspector.
Also homeless people wait to come up to you and ask for food. Which I don't mind but I don't want to be stalked to feed someone every time.

Paid for food and waited about 30 minutes before saying anything. Then spoke to 2 employees and then the manager, asking if there was an ETA. Waited another 20 minutes but never got my food. This place took my money for food but didn't care at all to provide it. The staff was visibly annoyed that I wanted/asked for the food that I paid for. They weren't even busy, they became busy because they weren't helping anyone.
