This location used to be fantastic, would've given more than 5 stars if I could've. I've eaten here just about every Monday for the last year to year-and-a-half thanks to their fantastic Moe's Monday deal.About a month ago, I came in for my usual dinner, and something had changed. I recognized none of the crew that worked here, almost as if they brought in a whole new staff overnight. On top of that, the portion sizes the new crew gave were about half of what the old crew gave, and the food itself just wasn't as good. The food bar where they prep your food was dirty. The restaurant was dirty with multiple tables needing to be cleaned, despite them not being super busy. The salsa bar, normally full with your choice of salsa, only had one type of salsa, and that was pre-packaged in containers.Thinking that maybe it was a new crew and would take some time to get the hang of things, the next week and returned, and the food portion sizes and food bar were the same. The restaurant was again dirty. This time, they had no salsa whatsoever.The next week it just didn't sound appealing after two lackluster visits in a row, and last week, I was out of town. I stopped by this past Monday, and the location is closed, and a sign on the door stating the landlord had taken possession of the restaurant. I hope that this location will come back and go back to its previous quality, but I'm not optimistic.

I gave this place a (well-deserved) 5 star review 4 years ago. I came back today and the place is filthy, the staff has their underwear hanging out-with their pants hanging down (which I typically don’t care about, except for the fact it was less than a foot from the food) , my food was burnt, the drink machine doesn’t work—there’s no ice and all the drinks are warm, and the staff has done nothing to help with it. Additionally, they dumped the scraps of a side on my food, when the side clearly needed to be replaced. The side was cold, minuscule, and there was not enough for my dish. The service was trash aside from the gentleman who made my food. Last, there’s a layer of grime all over the floor, so much that my foot is slipping wherever I set it down.This place used to be a staple of Greenwood. It’s a shame to see where it is now. Wow!! Simply put, disagreed with worker, asked for supervisor and was given a disconnected number. Worker called supervisor, Kathy I suspect as that was the name provided with the disconnected number. I stood to the side and placed a complaint @ website while worker and supervisor spoke. Worker then went to POS, I assumed for refund. However it was a stall as another worker called police in back room. Police arrived. I thought they were there for lunch - lol. After hearing issue the police officer shook his head in disbelief. I quietly left and bid the officer a good afternoon. Moe's is never on my list moving forward.

We won't be back. They stop offering tomatos, cucumbers and mushrooms and no shells for the taco salads. Those offerings were what set them apart from other places. Sad and over priced for not having those offerings.

I wish I could give this place a higher rating because they are amazing. I always love their food, friendly staff, and clean environment! In my picture, they were deep cleaning all their equipment and walls in their spare time!
Server was ride service was bad. Was ok. Definitely not the best food or service I've had at Moe's.

Moe's have policies to steal tips from the waiters and waitresses. So if you're tipping your waiter or waitress make sure it's in cash or the manager is going to get the tip

Food was good. What I don't understand is the ratio of the free chips and salsa. You get a 2oz container of salsa and a big brown bag full of chips. Either give more free salsa or less chips. So wasteful!!
