Loved it! Prompt & great service by the young ladies working!

I love the outdoor activities, the interactive art and the vibe. You instantly smile when you walk in. The staff is nice and the ice cream is delicious, we love Sundae’s ice cream and this Moo location is closer to us.

Great ice and environment. The staff is always friendly they have good indoor space and outdoora has many games to play in back of the shop

THE BEST PLACE IVE BEEN IN SO LONG!
first, they have dye free cotton candy flavoring! we do t do dye so this was PERFECT. The fella working the counter said he is waiting for the day they are all dye free so that was brownie points almost instantly!! Both my daughters absolutely loved their shaved ice! Also, he was extremely accommodating as well! it looked like it was just a man & a woman in there (owners maybe?) they were both so sweet. they also have a little area with ice cream toys your kids can play with while you’re there, along with couches & tables with chairs. The vibe is 100% there. The main was also in the middle of setting up a water table outback so kids can cool off some and play as it gets warmer.!Both my daughters loved this place and we will definitely be back if its nice next week so we can get some ice & play in the water table! 1000.% recommend.

I actually visited a couple of weeks ago with my father, who was in town from Ohio. Had an amazingly positive first visit! We both had delicious ice cream, the banana one was beyond amazing, as well as the dulce de Leche. I didn't care for the graham cracker one which are typically my favorite, so that was weird, but didn't ruin anything. My dad also loved his mint cookies and cream! I didn't care for the waffle cone, which is also usually a favorite, but that's no issue. I'll return to try more flavors and just not do that cone next time. The lady who helped us was refreshingly nice and pleasant. Will definitely stop in next time my dad visits and we go to Fort Harrison. Thank you for a good first experience! The ice cream was delicious and the customer service was shining!

This place is “top notch”. The decor is whimsical & fun; just the place to take the kids or have a fun date night dessert location. It’s someplace you have to visit at least once just for the experience.

I absolutely love moo and Lou’s the service is always amazing I’ve never seen a frown in that place it’s always smiles and good vibes which isn’t always easy to do but they continue to provide a great experience and even better ice cream and treats I am addicted to there shaved ice too and they have sour shots and boba also condensed milk you can add whic gives a unique delicious twist on shave ice so definitely go visitttt or you’re 100% missing out

Great spot for ice cream- close to Ft. Harrison State Park. Plenty of options. Staff was very welcoming to our family with 3 young children. The outdoor area made it fun for the kids and low stress for parents. Will be back!

They are so much more than ice cream. I saw IU treats on their FB stories. I stopped in and grabbed some IU cookies and cupcakes. At the end of the night all the Moo and Lou cookies were gone and Taylor's bakery ones remained. Taylor's sets the bar high and Moo and Lou is right up there with them! Check out this cute place in Lawrence right on the Fort.
