I really enjoyed the experience. I took the kids for the first time and they asked why I had been depriving them of such delicious pizza. We had the Hamaker and Classic pizzas and the Goat Cheese appetizer. Everything was delicious. My only complaint is we needed more bread to enjoy all the goat cheese app goodness. We'll definitely visit again for a special family night out.

I love the salmon pie and the chopped vegetable salad.
The pizza was the size of a personal size pizza you would get from Papa Johns. They charge you extra to have basic CHEESE as your one topping. Not extra cheese, but to literally have mozzarella cheese on your pizza. It’s What is pizza without cheese? This bland, no frill, personal size pizza came out to $17. The pizza was less than mediocre at best and even that is giving it too much credit. Will never return. Such a waste. Eat elsewhere if you want tasty pizza.

We visited for a quick, but nice, lunch after some shopping based on a recommendation from a friend. We were blown away by the friendly service, excellent pizzas with amazing flavor, and a setting that makes you forget you're in the mall. The pizzas were so tasty (the burrata pizza comes as a rip & dip as authentically as you can get in indiana) and were done with reasonable quickness. Highly recommend!

The waitress was not helpful. She did not explain the food to us and what it entailed. She just wanted us to get on with our time. She did not warn us in any way what the food would have for ingredients. Generally if food has any kind of spice, we would be warned. The waitress had a nice and happy and peasant voice, but did not want to take her time with us. If you didn’t know what the food was because this was your first time here, you would be out of luck. Very limited choices of food. The hostess did more explaining about the food than our waitress. I will never be coming back here based on the service and lack of food experience. When you say you are new to this place, you should work with that person.

Always a good option when dining at the Fashion Mall in Indianapolis. We've never had a lackluster meal at Napolese. Pizzas are wood fired and made to order, and the selection of salads is impressive. If the weather is nice, opt for a table outside.
