Horrible the lady there was very rude, and she was double thinking about serving us, because there were only eight minutes left until they closed and then when she made our food she was kept looking at us like we were the ones who were being rude and when she was making her food, she had just got done sweeping. None of the people were wearing gloves and she didn’t even wash her hands. Overall Service terrible overall food terrible.

We placed a big to go order but we needed to change one meal once the order was placed online. I called the location for 40 minutes and nobody ever answered the phone, their catering office couldn't even get a hold of them. Delivery was great, it's not their fault, but we will never order from this location again since nobody can be bothered to answer the phone

I needed a salad for dinner, so decided to try something new and ordered a grilled Mediterranean chicken salad with Noodles and Company through Uber Eats. I was pleasantly surprised with the salad. It was fresh, delicious , and very different for a salad since it had macaroni in the salad. I have driven past noodles and company many times and had never gone inside the location because it did not appeal to me at the time. After trying the salad, I will definitely stop by the location and check it out for myself. I have heard Noodles and Company is a wonderful place with healthy options, and since I am eating healthy these days, this is a perfect place for me to dine and try other things on the menu as well. I'm glad I found a new healthy option for dinner, because it is hard to find a great healthy restaurant in Indianapolis. Thank you Noodles and Company!

Staff does not follow sanitation standards. They use their phones and fix their hair while preparing food. If you ask for the regular size of a meal, they prepare the small size, and put it into a larger container. The noodles are always undercooked and crunchy/chewy. And they have some of the worst customer service for a facility that only takes online orders. Reported this establishment to the health department.

I was eating my noodles and a long hair was in them!!! I'm literally pulling hair out of my teeth. The best part is no one ever picks up the phone. So you can't speak with a manager!!!

My 1 buffalo mac and cheese took 30 minutes, no buffalo sauce, fried chicken when i asked for grilled chicken, they filled up my lemonade with all ice and 2 sips of lemonade, not to mention 15 people got their food before me that ordered after me. Don’t eat here ever please.
Gave me the order minus the drinks then said the were out of all the diet drinks, Refused to refund our money. I had to send in a complaint to get a refund. Most rude workers I've ever had to deal with. Don't go here. And the food sat on the counter for five minutes getting cold.

Cash register was down. The people working do not look like they should be touching my food. The CO2 was down. My appetizers look horrible. I took it up to ask for replacement and she said that is what they look like. Never coming back to this one again. This is not noodles and Company quality. The staff are in the back more than they are in the front of the store. This is definitely not the quality for Keystone at the Crossing. They need a better management system. Definitely visit another restaurant in the food court do not waste your money.

I've had multiple bad experiences at this particular noodles. This time they closed at 7:30 when their hours stated 8, and a very grumpy worker shouted at me that they were refunding my online order as they closed down the store. Frustrating.

My family ordered delivery through the website and when the order arrived an entire plate was missing. An employee told us that the plate was just left out of the bag and that either we could come pick it up or they would write our name down for a free meal next time, which since there will be no next time, my mother decided to go pick it up. If we were going to have to go pick it up anyways we wouldn’t have paid extra for delivery. I ordered the Wisconsin mac and cheese and it was horrible. It was basically plain elbow noodles with a tablespoon of sauce at the bottom of the bowl and about a handful of shredded cheese melted on top. It was plain, dry, and rubbery. Noodles and company used to have some of the best mac and cheese and now it’s terrible. Only giving 2 stars because we were offered a refund upon picking up the missing plate. Will definitely not be ordering from here again. Do NOT recommend.

I love Noodles and Company but something is really off at this location. I was a little grossed out that the people were wiping their faces and cooking food. I got my food back to my office and I got a scent of something off. I thought it was a fluke, but I tried to eat some of it and the beef is not right. Like rotten.[
