Very good noodles. I love the Japanese pan noodles. Very flavorful and aromatic. I use tofu in replacement of meat. Not too many options but a couple that are very good. Also pretty affordable and quick to make.

Noodles & Company specializes in ... noodles. Pastas of all kinds, from American Mac and Cheese to Pad Thai. Nothing fancy, nothing great, but a decent small meal when you need something quick. I had the Spicy Peanut noodles and it was fine. Just what I needed, but nothing that made me want to jump up on the table and proclaim its delectability. The staff (I counted at least five) were pretty laid back, not burning down any barriers to get things done. But I was served reasonably...
