⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I’ve had consistently good experiences at O’Charley’s. Honestly, I’ve never had a bad meal there—no matter what I’ve ordered, the food has always turned out tasty and satisfying. Plus, the service is typically prompt, and the waiting staff are always friendly and courteous, which makes dining in a pleasure.
The only minor downside I’ve noticed is that on a few occasions, I’ve had to wait a bit longer for my meal, especially when I’ve seen people who were seated after me get their food first. I think it’s probably just a kitchen timing thing, and it’s not a dealbreaker, but it’s something to be aware of.
Overall, though, O’Charley’s is a solid choice for a good meal and friendly service, and I’ll definitely keep coming back.

The food was WAY over cooked. Steaks looked like beef jerky and the mashed potatoes looked like slop. I hate saying this because this used to be my favorite restaurant in the area.

This place doesn't seem to be going well. The waitress was sweet. The food portions have all went down. Sad to see. The picture is the honey drizzled southern fried chicken.

The dinner rolls don’t taste the same and I would like to know if y’all could start having a cinnamon butter.

They weren't that busy and this place used to always be busy on weekends. Their portions are smaller when I ask the waitress if they were planks of catfish They were more like nuggets and it wasn't busy there.

Great food and great service.
This place had gone to hell! I'm done I will not be back. I go here all the time for the southern fried chicken salad but the last 2 times I got the worst salads I have ever seen! Not only has the quality gone down the price keeps going up. I paid 33.00 for 2 salads. Also put order in at 1:37 said it would be ready by 2:00 they were not busy at all and I had to go in and they had not started my salads yet. Please just close your doors! I have photos but not sure how to put them on here! So sad I loved this place at one time.

I ordered thru Uber Eats Chipolte chicken strips with MAPLE WAFFLE FRIES! And the best dang cheesecake i have had in years!Really great food! I think my co-workers were jealous because it smelled as good as it tasted!
We had wonderful food. We have greatly missed O'Charley's since ours in Lafayette. Indiana shut down several years ago. The caramel pie was absolutely delicious! I should have bought several to bring home.
We had a great day because when we went there we had $175 worth of gift cards that we couldn't use because we didn't have our restaurant anymore.
We gave away gift cards to one family but we still had gift cards left. What do we do with them?!!??? I went to the table of a young mother with two small children.
And I gave her one.
But you won't believe what happened. My husband got ready to pay cash for our meal. And we were told that someone paid for our meal. Oh my goodness. What a blessing and what a sweet time we had there. Our server was amazing also. We had a very joyful Sunday.
We went to Indianapolis for a convention. But made the decision to drive farther south after the convention was over to O'Charley's to use our gift cards however we could.
As we are able to bless others, God gives us joy in our hearts and blesses us in more unusual ways even.
Thank you so much O'Charley's. Just so you know, we're very very sad that you are no longer in Lafayette. Now there's yet one more Mexican restaurant in our city. They're overtaking our restaurants and it's pretty sad. Not that they're not okay. It's just that there's so many and we don't always want Mexican.
Been coming here for awhile. They had the best deal for family meal, tenders, sides, bread. 27$ and we had food left over for two days. They have now gone up to 32, which isn’t a big deal, but now the chicken is tiny, dry, and over cooked like it’s been refried several times. The sides have never been great, just okay. And the rolls use to be good. What happened? Go up and price and way down in quality? Really disappointing when it was a great meal easily done every week, to now… kids don’t even ask for it anymore.
Our server forgot a salad & to go cup, it was not a packed house but it seemed she was spread thin. The food was very good & the dining area clean & inviting.
Food was excellent and fast & friendly service.
