We attended a Catrina event where most attendees were Spanish-speaking. When we ordered, the staff member said they couldn’t assist in Spanish, which was surprising given the audience. I ordered a quesadilla but received something closer to a taco in size; the cheese wasn’t melted and the flavor was disappointing. Overall, it was among the most unsatisfactory meals I’ve had in Indiana. I hope future events ensure basic preparation standards and provide bilingual support to better serve guests.

We arrived at a Catrina event where about 75% of the people spoke Spanish. When we ordered our food, the person said, “I’m sorry, I don’t speak Spanish.” That bothered me a bit, but I continued with my order. I ordered a quesadilla and received something the size of a taco. The cheese wasn’t melted, and the flavor was terrible. Honestly, these were the worst food I’ve had in Indiana.

I don't know if there is new management or something...this place use to be 5/5star consistently...now it's very hit or miss. Smaller portions, missing items, ignoring no onion/cilantro requests. Had hoped I just caught them on a bad day. 3 disappointments in a row now though.

I’ve been coming to Pacos for over 5 years. This place is so bad now. The bread the tortas used to use is now different, the bread isn’t hot anymore, the sandwich isn’t hot, the ingredients have changed for the cheaper side. The prices for the sandwich is the same. I’ve tried other items their salsa bar inside used to be wonderful it’s now non existent they are too concerned on growing them providing a decent product, if you want Mexican in Indianapolis, Indiana stay far away from this low end place. The canned coke was the best part of my meal the last 3 times I gave it a chance, worse each time. They have gone away from what used to be wonderful.
Just like I did read the reviews you will see similar accounts of what good pacos was its a shame. I used to see so many same faces there working hard putting out great food and now it’s worse than frozen tacos from the grocery store

I don't know what happened to them, but the asada tacos have dropped too much in quality. Before, they tasted like they were grilled, now they simply taste like flavorless meat full of oil, totally bad.
Best Burritos and quesadillas we ever had , great food and service
