This place is a little store its been around awhile they have super freindly staff family owned as well.

My main reason for 4 out 5 stars would be the atmosphere and some bakery item issues when there.

So I came here more then 6 times a year and if its early on a weekend super fresh and delicious if its afternoon to evening things are not kept so well and some things are.

I have a habit of never knowing if the churros are going to be fresh of left over the reason I say this is I have had thrm fresh being brought put and then I have have tsken what was on the shelf prior and its day and night some may be soft with little crunch or over fried or old as they look it and feel it.

Now this is the same for anything that requires oil frying there, however most all the other breads are delicious and fresh they have a decent variety as well.

This location has flan, tres leches cakes drinks too in the cooler so dont get it wrong at all it is a place to stop at for sure and I will keep coming.

I just wish the churros or even a time table on the display case would advise when yo get them fresh because after a while they can be hard as a brick.

This is my experience only and adivse you giving them a try as they are good.

I asked is they had any tres leche and they showed me only the large cakes and started boxing it up. Then I saw smaller ones in the other fridge and asked if that’s tres leches as well. They got upset and annoyed that I noticed the small ones were available in the other fridge and wanted that instead. This was multiple people during this interaction. Obviously a tactic they use. This was a few weeks ago and the experience was so frustrating that I came back to leave this review.

This is my Daughter and I's favorite donut shop.

The place is extremely clean inside and you can tell they care about your health unlike some establishments.

The staff are very friendly and happy to explain what type of donut you are looking at.

The strawberry taco is my absolute favorite thing in the world. They have figured out how to put the perfect level of sweetness into this pastry so I dont feel wore out and tired after eating it.

Its like family owned I believe. I cant stress how much life you are missing out on by not getting the strawberry tacos.

I ordered a surprise cake for my boyfriend who’s live in the greenwood. The restaurant accepted the order and they were preparing it,
but when the delivery person arrived, it was already closed and the order could not be fulfilled. I understand that unexpected things can happen, but this was disappointing. I hope the restaurant improves communication to prevent similar situations.

Tree leches birthday cake was dried and felt old. Disappointed

I love to shop my bread there,the customer service isn't well,there is a girl that made her job difficult,she didn't greet you or treat your items with care, otherwise it's a good bread!!

I go to Panaderia La Piedad for the pan dulce (pastries). I appreciate how clean the pastry casses are. Their pan dulce is always fresh and delicious! Best ojo de buey and crema empanadas I've ever tasted. Pan de muerto has been available all October. Excellent prices too.

Lied over the phone about what pastry they had in store so drove two hours there and back for nothing. When I asked where the empanadas were a woman told me they didn’t make them that day due to the hot weather. To not go home empty handed, we did purchase a variety of pastries and they were heavy but bad. The conchas and round sprinkled cookies were especially bad, worst I’ve had ever. It didn’t even taste old so the flavor was just lacking. Pretty small bakery not much walking room. The young man at the counter was not happy to be there either.

Me and my family just moved to this part of Indy and were going to take a trip to the store, but after reading these reviews, it will definitely never happen. It’s very sad because I’ve heard the product is good, but the service is absolutely horrific. And I would be the wrong one to give an attitude to (lol) so I think I’ll stay away from this place.

Great customer service!

Cake was very fresh and moist !! Prices are very fair. I called in advanced to check availability and went shortly after to pick up the cake. I would recommend supporting this local bakery.

I have been a customer of this bakery since it opened and it was owned by other people. The service and product changed a lot and for the worse. They have no idea what good customer service means. I used to shop there a lot but not anymore, the bread is stale and I've seen flies in the display cases. And we don't even talk about customer service. You decide where to spend your money and this place is definitely worth it. I'm not the only one who complains about their terrible service so if they want to attract more customers that has to change.
