i don't normally leave reviews, but the customer service here is awful, and im pretty sure it was the manager serving me. and then on top of that i got like 4 pieces of chicken in my bowl. im really disappointed with my experience here, would not recommend.

This place open at 10:30am but half of the food wasn’t ready. Their young staff members seem unprepared and have unprofessional attitude.

I got food poisoning from this place! Avoid if you can! It was a really bad case of food poisoning. Service is also terrible, it's all teenagers working which isn't bad but if you're going to have a young staff then provide some professionalism/customer service training.

My 1st time ordering online & glad I chose this location. Order was ready ahead of designated time, although one order was missing rice, but all good. Eric was an excellent employee, definitely going above & beyond. The decor & feel of the restaurant was welcoming. Also it was close to closing time but the staff didn't make me feel like that. Great experience, will be back ??

An order of Black Angus pepper steak should actually include steak and not all mushrooms. Terryaki chicken should include terryaki sauce, and apple roll desserts shouldn't be raw inside. I'm done with this place...Wasted 35 dollars on a terrible dinner and they wouldn't make it right on door dash.

Mixed bag, but mostly good. First of all, Eric helped my wife and I and he was super respectful and helpful with our questions. We dealt with another staffer, too, who was professional and quick, but Eric impressed us with how courteous he was. Overall, we really enjoyed our food. The Beijing beef was pretty tender and flavorful. The walnut shrimp was crispy on the outside. Sweet and tender on yhe inside. Nice flavor combo. The chow mein, aka, lo mein was surprisingly solid, too. The fried rice was a little dry and a little bland. Maybe it had been sitting too long? I dunno. Overall, we really enjoyed it. Small quibble: we came mid afternoon. It wasn't too busy, but we noticed almost every table was dirty. I'm going to assume they had some kind of lunch rush and hadn't gotten to it yet? Other than the dirty tables and bland rice, everything else was great. We'll be back!

This location is a joke and doesn't seem to be able to follow simple order requests nor had good food quality.I ordered a bigger bowl with chow mein, grilled teriyaki chicken, kung pao chicken, and honey walnut shrimp, then a chicken egg roll. I also requested teriyaki sauce packets because the chow mein noodles and chicken are always dry, no matter what location you go to it seems.I received chow mein with more cabbage and lettuce than noodles, a double order of grilled "teriyaki chicken" (some pieces were rubbery like due to it being undercooked), an overcooked and bland tasting chicken egg roll, and honey walnut shrimp (the only good quality thing in the order). My co-worker had just ordered from this location yesterday and they messed up her order. She reached out to let them know and the manager didn't seem to care. Now. 24 hours later they screwed up get another order, significantly product wise and quality wise. This will be going directly through corporate.

My husband and I went here today for a late lunch. When we walked in every single table was dirty but no problem we looked past that. We went to order and the young lady did not chop up my chicken for the teriyaki chicken the pieces were huge. Then we asked for plum sauce and she looked me in my face and said “at this location only our sweet and sour sauce is the plum sauce” young lady are you crazy I have been eating this for years. However still I stay silent. We go to eat our food and the I had more celery than noodles and the celery in my chow mien was as if they cut one stick into three pieces. They served the rice was not cooked correctly it had no flavor and tasted like white rice with peas. The Dr. Pepper was carbonated. When I asked her to clean the table she said well the other person is on break and I can’t until I clear the line with like 8 people who just walked in. So we ate at a dirty table! The food was disgusting, the service was poor, and the restaurant was far from clean. I almost cried because I wasted $30 and left hungry because I couldn’t finish my meal.

I used to come here at least once a week and will not return EVER again after the service experience I got today. Food looked dry anyway but the service guarantees I won’t go back. Will find other places in Nora to get lunch on my very short work lunch break, such as a local small business that serves Asian cuisine. I’m so over Panda Express as a whole and frequented three locations often in Indy.

On this particular day, food wasn't so great. Not much available and what was , it was drying out or already dried out. Customer service was overall great.
