I tried ordering two plates of food for like a minute, but an old guy doing the serving couldn't hear what what I was saying until I gave up and said to continue making the one plate. When I told the 2nd server I would like another plate they looked very annoyed like I spoke another language and transferred me to a 3rd server who finally listened to what I was saying. It was so embarrassing shouting my order again and again when people outside of the line could hear me. I finally got the food and the lo mein was almost stale, and it stays the same every time I go there.

This is my second time at panda express being treated as if I was different than anyone else in the restaurant (other than my color). I got looked over four times before I was helped standing at the online ordering. The attitude from the young man was a hurry up and get out and away for me that’s just a feeling I got from him . He needs a different career because this is not it . I spend way to much money here I ever have a rewards app the only fast food app I have on my phone 😂. But yea I rather travel far before I get treated any less . Won’t be back 🤞🏾

As a college student, I appreciate the generosity of the workers there to cater towards my requests and give me my dollars worth of food! As soon as you step into the place, you are greeted warmly by the workers. Studying business and hospitality, it's evident that Hong, the manager there, truly holds her staff and store to a standard. The staff engage with you, the vicinity is always clean, and customers enjoy their time there. I can't name a single terrible experience I've had at this location. My greatest piece of advice is to disregard what others have said and go to this location next time you're craving a filling and satisfying meal!

This’s my first time visiting the restaurant and DEFINITELY NOT COMING BACK. The employee was angry and yelling at my face. If you can’t handle customer service work somewhere else. I think she’s the supervisor.

Food was dry, egg rolls greasy and burnt, just overall the worse I’ve had. I won’t be ordering food from Panda Express again if this is the type of food that I’ll receive. I ordered 2 meals and imagine paying almost $30 for garbage. I did bring it to the managers attention then was told “this is how Panda Express makes their food”.Smh.
I always enjoy having the broccoli beef and chao mien. Good portion for a fair price.

Got there at opening. They saw me and my son and didn’t explain their delay. We waiting 5 minutes while waiting for someone to unlock the doors but had a doctors appointment to go to so we left. If their hours changed, they should note that on the exterior and change it online. I think they were just behind though.

Either close the doors or get new management. They never open on time. When they do open you're staring at empty trays. They under portion the food. Chicken forever under cooked.
