Working here was horrible the manager doesn't care for employees. I'm glad I quit they made this job so difficult for me. Could hardly use the bathroom. These managers here want us to put the customer above our bladder and hunger. Probably 90% of the customers complaining on google we're very disrespectful to the employees. The only problem here is the manager and half of the customers. People want respect but don't want to earn it.

The food at Panera is always good, no question. Unfortunately, our company needed food delivered for a dozen people, $353. We ordered for it to be delivered between 11:45AM and noon. A little after 1 PM we get a call asking if we still wanted our food. WHAT??!! We paid for it, of course we still want it. In fact, we wanted it OVER AN HOUR AGO! This completely destroyed our meeting schedule. This is actually the second time Panera has let us down. We'll never order food delivered from this Panera again.

When you purchase a "whole" portion, you receive a tiny portion. Im glad i didn't get a "half" portion. Just visited another Panera yesterday, and I was pleasantly surprised with my "whole" salad. It was made perfectly and filled me up. After finishing my salad, which was over dressed with dressing, at this location I'm needing a snack. For reference, I'm an slender sized female who eats very little food in one sitting.

Panera apparently cannot manage regular vegan options on their menu and refuses to accommodate food allergies or preferences for catering. Total nonsense. Don’t use them for catering unless you want everything as is and have no allergy/food sensitive people being catered to.

this is a “roasted turkey avocado BLT”…would be nice if it had avocado or bacon in it.

We ordered a warm bowl and a bread bowl. The quantities were very small, we eat Panera often, the warm bowl was about half the regular size.
Gave my food to the wrong person, didn’t get offered a receipt (email nor paper), there were gnats and flies everywhere and their coffees and teas were mislabeled, but I got the right one on the second try at least.

Definitely not the best Panera I've been to. The coffee had enough grounds in it to label it crunchy. I ordered the oatmeal and needed to add lots of hot water to make it something edible. I don't think I'll be coming back here again.

This place is dirty. Also, the cashier seemed bothered when I said hello. She walked up to help someone else, then it was my turn, but she was looking off to the side. Didn't acknowledge me at all.

My salad was okay but they left out the avocado without saying anything. I'm not sure if they ran out or forgot but it definitely bummed me out

Okay, I was trying to give this Panera a pass every time come here, but today was the last straw. So when you order online to pick up in the pick up window at a certain time one would expect the order to be ready and correct. It was neither. I can't with this Panera. I waited 25 minutes to get an order that was supposed to be ready at 12:45.
