I love their chicken and nice soup �
My food was great but the service was exceptional. I was eating alone today and one of your busboys stopped by to ask how I was doing. He later brought me a brownie to enjoy for later! Very thoughtful And unexpected! I will eat here anytime I am in town!
We're visiting Indianapolis for a national swim meet. My son & I went to Panera Bread for lunch today. We were met by the nicest, most helpful people I have encountered in a long time. They aren't just there to hand you your food after you order. They're there to engage with you & get to know you. They're truly interested in YOU. Derrick, Jazzy Jeff & Miss Lavetra are amazing! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

However, there have been instances where the cleanliness of the restaurant was not up to par and the service was lacking, with cashiers appearing unbothered. The seating can feel crowded even when there are fewer eat-in customers. It may take some time to receive orders, especially during busy hours. The location has wheelchair accessibility, but it is not on ground level.
The staff was so friendly and went out of their way to provide great service. Katina, the employee, made sure all catering orders were delivered and continually followed up to resolve any issues. The sandwiches were hot and tasty, with generous portions. Customers would recommend this Panera Bread location.
