Pick up lunch here couple times a month- always have the same girl at drive through. She is the kindest and warmest employee, always welcoming and has a smile even when it was 0 degrees outside and she was working the window. She is the best, def have some good employees at this location.

Currently still waiting for my food. I did the pick 2 sandwich has been sitting in the pass for 20 minutes and counting. Waiting on the mac and cheese so the sandwich is going to be ice cold. Orders behind mine done first zero organization zero care.

That's it. That's the last time I get screwed over at this place. I waited a while when they were not busy whatsoever, finally the screen says that my order is ready, but I didn't see anybody doing anything and the order never made it to the pickup shelf. So I left, and I'll work with the Panera app for a refund, and I'll never be back to the store ever again.
I like the lay out of this Panera. I also like that I was able to get my bagel on a plate for dine in. It was clean including the bathroom.

A team lead—an older woman, possibly in her 50s—falsely claimed I couldn't get the Strawberry Basil drink with my Unlimited Sip Club membership. That’s simply not true. I’ve ordered it before with no issue, and it’s clearly listed as an eligible drink.
What made it worse was her rude and dismissive attitude. Instead of listening or checking policy, she stood by her false claim. She was lying and it shows a serious issue in her character.
If you're going to offer a membership program, your employees need to actually understand it and not LIE—and treat customers with basic respect. Wont be back at this location.
