I’m so glad we spent $35 on 2 meals to hear the employees being ridiculously loud the entire time. Yelling to each other about things is so nice when you want to sit down in peace and eat.

My recent experience at Panera Bread fell short of expectations. We placed a substantial to-go order and patiently awaited its completion after receiving a pager. Given the size of the order, I anticipated a reasonable wait time. However, after 25 minutes, it became apparent that the process was taking longer than anticipated. Curious, I approached the pick-up window to inquire about our order. To my surprise, it was ready and had been sitting behind the counter, untouched. The lack of communication among staff members was evident, as they shifted blame for the oversight. Additionally, two of the coffees were depleted, despite repeated requests for refills. On a positive note, the establishment maintains a clean environment and offers ample parking.

This is the worst Panera I have ever been to. Their food is overpriced and the quality isn’t that good. They just reheat the food and yet they still want to charge $10 for a tiny thing of soup? No thank you, you put a bag in a microwave. I would recommend going elsewhere. If you do go to Panera, don’t go to this location at least. They won’t be helpful and will most likely get your order wrong. It is sad to see Panera going downhill so fast.

One of the wonderful things I like about panera bread is the consistency from location to location and this one lived up to the billing. All of the soups are great love. The salads pretty much love everything on the menu. Nice team at this location.

Panera is quick, good, simple food. I got the Figi apple salad. It is filling and I love the dehydrated crunchy apples in it. I went through drive thru and they were very fast and polite.
