The food was ok, but this is quite possibly the dirtiest location I've ever seen. Trash all over the parking lot, two whole pizzas just laying in the grass in front. The inside looks like it desperately needs to be cleaned.

So the pizza was good, however, they locked the doors and made it so people would have to wait outside in the cold to get their order. Honestly you could have walked up and whatever pizza was being passed through this little window you could have just taken. Whether it was yours or not. people were getting mad because they were being forced to wait outside and had to press their phones against the glass just to show their pickup order. It is a bad system, with a broken intercom...

I was quite disappointed when I made my order and my points did not get applied, despite my selection to do so, via the app. However, the food arrived shockingly fast and the driver was extremely courteous and had a very positive attitude, a rarity for Indianapolis. If there was a way to have my order corrected and my points applied to the purchase, I would ask that the $20 I paid go to the driver for the exceptional service.I would also like to make the recommendation for adjusting...
