Was the only place my family would get pizzas from, but the last several times I've tried to order they've been closed, no matter what day it is or the time.

There are actually so many things I LOVE about Papa Murphy's. I'm a huge advocate for them, to the point I should almost be paid for endorsement. As a resident on the Southside of Indianapolis, it would appear I no longer have the privilege of ordering one (or several) of their delectable menu items. I could be wrong, but at 2:30 PM today I was unable to even view the menu via the app or website for either the Greenwood or Thompson locations. I attempted both with my phone and desktop. When trying to call each location the phone would not even ring or give me a disconnected or busy signal, simply disconnected the call entirely. Google search claims the Greenwood location is open until 7:00 PM today, but again, both the app and website claims the location is closed and will not let me even look at the menu, much less order. I sincerely hope this is just a glitch in the system, as I will miss the freshest customizable pizza you can buy on the market, and my son will miss the 4.00 Mini Murphs as well. If I can somehow discover that one or both of these locations are open and can be reached I will update my review to the 5 stars this establishment deserves.

Pizza was fine, it always is from this location. For some reason my promo code for the free cheesy bread didn’t work (either online or from the app), so I placed the order at the store in-person. Even though they advertise a 6.99 two topping medium pizza DAILY, the cashier was unable to find the item from the cashier station when ringing me up. I ended up paying extra for the pizza which basically nullified the free cheesy bread.
