Simply amazing.
I don't normally leave comment reviews but this place is great. Fast, friendly, delicious and the coffee is great too.
Dont go to the Pana on East Washington. No greeting when you walk in and a demand not once, but twice, to not touch the glass where the donuts are. I was not tapping hard or loud when the gal approached. Very rude. I am used to not being greeted at a restaurant, but now to be told what to do without taking my order. If I was a small child beating on the glass that would be one thing, but I tapped with my index finger nail, once to show which donut I was referring to. Never...read full review

Pana Donuts is a donut shop with multiple locations and a drive-thru. The donuts are always soft and fresh, tasting amazing. Many call them some of the best donuts in Indy, way better than other places. The food is awesome, and the selection of donuts is great and decently priced. Drinks include the wintermelon smoothy and Thai tea Frappuccino with boba, plus Yoo Hoo. Service is usually friendly and quick, with staff giving free donuts to a young child. However, some locations need to work on customer service, as a clerk seemed confused over a menu order. Another issue is missing out on the point system when staff skip asking. For birthdays, ordering a birthday donut is super easy, reasonably priced, and turns out cute. The atmosphere is clean and straightforward.
