“You can tell a lot of thought and care went into the design and aesthetics of this place. It's concrete floors and exposed ducts, but somehow they've made it super cozy, mellow and welcoming.

My coffee was great and the folks working the counter were perfectly friendly and fast. I'm looking forward to coming back to try some of the baked goods and cocktails.

This is a nice chill place to start your morning or end your evening. The coffee and cocktail menu appears to include the classics along with a constantly changing creative mix of non-alcoholic and alcoholic options. It's the Radiohead of coffee/cocktail shops with friendly baristas and bartenders.“

“I've never had a bad experience in this location, but I must say the selection is not as good anymore. They run out of apple fritters too fast, there's not enough cake donuts, and for some reason they have a lot of donuts with nuts on top, which is a health hazard for some people. I don't know anyone who likes nuts atop their donuts, let alone several different types with nuts on top. It doesn't even look like they sell well, based on the amount on display. There are nowhere near enough cake donuts anymore, which I used to love. Jack's used to have the best cake donuts I've ever tasted, but alas I am denied that pleasure when I go now. Their donut holes could be better, and their yeast donuts are nothing too special. However, if you like filled donuts, you probably won't be disappointed. They have a great variety and I still prefer their filled donuts waaay over Dunkin'. As usual for Jack's Donuts the prices aren't too steep, if you can find what you're looking for. I love the people who work there. They're always very kind, and to be honest it's a big reason I'm still a customer. The facility is clean and welcoming as well. But I miss their old selection, especially the Death-Star-sized apple fritters and cake donuts.“

People behind and around you picking out theirs. We just had never been there before. So, we were hoping to actually try something we hadn't or even see what was in the case we would like. We couldn't do so at all. It was very frustrating and the teens working there very much push you to either know what your ordering or make you feel stupid for not knowing. Both times it was a very difficult situation. I honestly don't know if we will go back. It's terrible no one has patients or cares to treat people with good customer service or respect. It's rush, rush, rush who cares about how it makes your customers feel.“

“It had been a little over 5 1/2 years since the last time I had a chance to visit this location. I used to go there when I did some work locally. We stayed in a nearby hotel for the Notre Dame game. My wife and I went this morning really early about 6:30 am. I never got the girls name who was working by herself, but she was super awesome! We bought 2 dozen Donuts as she suggested, fan favorites. They are as good as I remembered them and my family loved them too. Great jobbas always. I'll make sure it's not another 5 1/2 years before my next visit. Also, great coffee as always too! To the girl working by herself this morning, you were wonderful and a fantastic representative of this establishment!“

“This is the #1 Dunkin of all time. These folks take their jobs seriously and they treat their customers with respect and kindness. I go out of my way and pass up several other dunkins to come to this location. Dunkin corporate needs to have Mr. Patel from this location train everyone how to properly make a frozen caramel cream coffee. Everything they make is perfect.“

“Had a work meeting here. Ordered an iced matcha a very specific way and it tasted great! The worker followed the directions specifically. At almost the end of the meeting, the worker even offered to let us stay after closing if needed due to the lobby closing soon. Really enjoyed having my meeting here!“
