“We ordered a “number 6” donut with strawberry frosting & sprinkles, and 5 dozen donut holes for our daughter’s birthday party, and they were AWESOME! 😍 I was worried the big “6” donut might be dry because it is huge, but it was moist and fresh and delicious!!! “This is my 2 year olds favorite hang out spot. Unfortunately this morning wasn’t the best experience. Donuts were great, as always but the customer service left plenty to be desired. I get everyone has bad days, TRUST ME I WORK IN EMS… I GET IT 😂 but at least acknowledge a customer and don’t have an attitude. “You can tell a lot of thought and care went into the design and aesthetics of this place. It's concrete floors and exposed ducts, but somehow they've made it super cozy, mellow and welcoming.

My coffee was great and the folks working the counter were perfectly friendly and fast. I'm looking forward to coming back to try some of the baked goods and cocktails.

This is a nice chill place to start your morning or end your evening. The coffee and cocktail menu appears to include the classics along with a constantly changing creative mix of non-alcoholic and alcoholic options. It's the Radiohead of coffee/cocktail shops with friendly baristas and bartenders.“

“I've never had a bad experience in this location, but I must say the selection is not as good anymore. They run out of apple fritters too fast, there's not enough cake donuts, and for some reason they have a lot of donuts with nuts on top, which is a health hazard for some people. I don't know anyone who likes nuts atop their donuts, let alone several different types with nuts on top. It doesn't even look like they sell well, based on the amount on display. There are nowhere near enough cake donuts anymore, which I used to love. Jack's used to have the best cake donuts I've ever tasted, but alas I am denied that pleasure when I go now. Their donut holes could be better, and their yeast donuts are nothing too special. However, if you like filled donuts, you probably won't be disappointed. They have a great variety and I still prefer their filled donuts waaay over Dunkin'. As usual for Jack's Donuts the prices aren't too steep, if you can find what you're looking for. I love the people who work there. They're always very kind, and to be honest it's a big reason I'm still a customer. The facility is clean and welcoming as well. But I miss their old selection, especially the Death-Star-sized apple fritters and cake donuts.“

“Don't get me wrong we like Jack's Donuts, who wouldn't! Unfortunately though when we went for the 1st and only 2nd time, we felt very rushed through the pick out process. Was very hard to pick out. People behind and around you picking out theirs. We just had never been there before. So, we were hoping to actually try something we hadn't or even see what was in the case we would like. We couldn't do so at all. It was very frustrating and the teens working there very much push you to either know what your ordering or make you feel stupid for not knowing. Both times it was a very difficult situation. I honestly don't know if we will go back. It's terrible no one has patients or cares to treat people with good customer service or respect. It's rush, rush, rush who cares about how it makes your customers feel.“

“I came in for coffee. The water was out for most coffee places due to water contamination and it was a Saturday morning. The guy behind the counter said he was sorry as I was kinda bummed. (No caffeine) But, one suggestion later as they did have cold brew was to heat that up for me.... guess what, he said no problem and Hooked me up. There's always a solution and they showed there's no substitution for Excellent customer service. That one hot cup of Joe saved my whole day.“

They are very well organized and I have not seen 1 mistake or missing item when I get my order. I'm super happy they opened this location and it is my (and my husband's) regular go to Dunkin location.

“I have eaten at every Dunkin’ Donuts from South to West and Eastside. This location is the best Dunkin’ Donuts that I know the food is always fresh. It’s never over or undercooked. The people always have great customer service. I am honestly disappointed at any other one that I’ve ever been to I will travel to get to this location specifically because it will never disappoint.“

I would just be careful that if you are driving south on Michigan road that you don't try to turn left into the entrance off of Michigan Rd or you'll be blocking traffic a while cuz it's a busy street. Instead take a left at the light and go in the south entrance off of Cooper Rd.“

“Went July 4th and didn't realize they were closing early. I was welcomed in with smiles and great service even though they were closing in 20 min. Very thankful for the polite and friendly staff. Never felt like i was that customer who comes at closing. The coffee was great as usual and had great small talk with employees while waiting. Have been here several times and will continue to visit.
