“**El Globo Bakery Review**I recently visited El Globo Bakery in Indiana Speedway, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The pan francés, which I've had on multiple occasions, consistently tastes old and lacks the freshness you'd expect from a bakery. It's quite disappointing to see no improvement in this aspect. Moreover, I noticed that the staff making the bread do not use gloves or hats to cover their hair. This lack of basic hygiene practices is concerning and definitely something that needs to be addressed. A bakery should prioritize cleanliness and food safety, and El Globo Bakery falls short in this regard. To make matters worse, the cashiers were quite rude during my visit. Friendly customer service is crucial for a pleasant experience, and the attitude of the staff left much to be desired.Overall, while the bakery has potential, these issues with freshness, hygiene, and customer service significantly detract from the overall experience. I hope they make the necessary changes to improve.“

“Keto doughnuts are fantastic!! A little tip I’ve learned about keto baked goods, is to put them in the refrigerator before eating them. Texture is way better when cold. I will be back🤗“

“The preorder process is amazing and they have such a creative menu! Home of the best cookie I have ever had. Some items aren’t my favorite but that doesn’t mean they aren’t good. Awesome customer service. Highly recommend.“

“Boyden's taste is top notch! It reminds me of Rosslyn bakery. They have many wonderful tasting pastries! I especially enjoy their chocolate éclairs! Check them out. You will not be disappointed!“

“I want to give a huge shoutout to Ariana and Dalton (and all the bakers)!!! They came to my rescue, and made 2 dozen donuts for my son’s pre-k class last minute. I meant to call and place an order for 2+ days, but I just kept forgetting. It was after 8pm the night before my son’s birthday party at school that I realized I hadn’t placed an order yet. I desperately messaged Jack’s Facebook hoping they could save me, and oh my goodness they did!!! Ariana took my order at 9pm the night before, and the bakers the next morning made the donuts on time! My 5 year old and all his pre-k friends were ecstatic. We love your donuts and service, and that’s why we keep coming back! Thank you again!!!!“

“I love this place!!! The staff is always friendly. And extremely helpful. Practically zero wait time. And they always have fresh donuts. I like them better than a lot of the other places because they taste like classic donuts. And they do have some creative ones too. My favorite is the buttermilk. It taste like butter cake. And the apple field donut it taste like state fair vibes. The price point, you cannot beat! They are more affordable than your average donut spot. Plus they have so many other things, but I just love their donuts.“

“I've never had a bad experience in this location, but I must say the selection is not as good anymore. They run out of apple fritters too fast, there's not enough cake donuts, and for some reason they have a lot of donuts with nuts on top, which is a health hazard for some people. I don't know anyone who likes nuts atop their donuts, let alone several different types with nuts on top. It doesn't even look like they sell well, based on the amount on display. There are nowhere near enough cake donuts anymore, which I used to love. Jack's used to have the best cake donuts I've ever tasted, but alas I am denied that pleasure when I go now. Their donut holes could be better, and their yeast donuts are nothing too special. However, if you like filled donuts, you probably won't be disappointed. They have a great variety and I still prefer their filled donuts waaay over Dunkin'. As usual for Jack's Donuts the prices aren't too steep, if you can find what you're looking for. I love the people who work there. They're always very kind, and to be honest it's a big reason I'm still a customer. The facility is clean and welcoming as well. But I miss their old selection, especially the Death-Star-sized apple fritters and cake donuts.“

“You can tell a lot of thought and care went into the design and aesthetics of this place. It's concrete floors and exposed ducts, but somehow they've made it super cozy, mellow and welcoming.
My coffee was great and the folks working the counter were perfectly friendly and fast. I'm looking forward to coming back to try some of the baked goods and cocktails.
This is a nice chill place to start your morning or end your evening. The coffee and cocktail menu appears to include the classics along with a constantly changing creative mix of non-alcoholic and alcoholic options. It's the Radiohead of coffee/cocktail shops with friendly baristas and bartenders.“

“Significant step up over most of the other local donut shops. Cake donuts and anything chocolate frosted are highlights.
Friendly staff, reasonable prices, has been a staple for us for a while. Also appreciate the gluten free donuts as well, maybe the only option in the county for GF donuts.“

“Don't get me wrong we like Jack's Donuts, who wouldn't! Unfortunately though when we went for the 1st and only 2nd time, we felt very rushed through the pick out process. Was very hard to pick out. People behind and around you picking out theirs. We just had never been there before. So, we were hoping to actually try something we hadn't or even see what was in the case we would like. We couldn't do so at all. It was very frustrating and the teens working there very much push you to either know what your ordering or make you feel stupid for not knowing. Both times it was a very difficult situation. I honestly don't know if we will go back. It's terrible no one has patients or cares to treat people with good customer service or respect. It's rush, rush, rush who cares about how it makes your customers feel.“

“I came in for coffee. The water was out for most coffee places due to water contamination and it was a Saturday morning. The guy behind the counter said he was sorry as I was kinda bummed. (No caffeine) But, one suggestion later as they did have cold brew was to heat that up for me.... guess what, he said no problem and Hooked me up. There's always a solution and they showed there's no substitution for Excellent customer service. That one hot cup of Joe saved my whole day.“
“Great food and friendly customer service. I would just be careful that if you are driving south on Michigan road that you don't try to turn left into the entrance off of Michigan Rd or you'll be blocking traffic a while cuz it's a busy street. Instead take a left at the light and go in the south entrance off of Cooper Rd.“
