“Took my Grandson PANA on Thompson Road to get donuts for Birthday Party at school. He was so excited and was telling the staff what it was for. The staff were extremely friendly and gave him some free donuts. This is what call great customer service bringing a smile to young child’s face.“

“This is my 2 year olds favorite hang out spot. Unfortunately this morning wasn’t the best experience. Donuts were great, as always but the customer service left plenty to be desired. I get everyone has bad days, TRUST ME I WORK IN EMS… I GET IT 😂 but at least acknowledge a customer and don’t have an attitude. I asked for 1/2 a dozen to be packed separately so I could take them to my daughter’s daycare… THAT right there ruined the employees day.“

“We stopped in this morning (Saturday @ 7a) due to recommendations from family. The staff was great & patient with us as we picked out our Jack’s Dozen. All the kids (& adults) loved all the donuts. We got tiger tails, sprinkle sticks, Oreo crumble & glazed crescent. My fave was the glazed crescent.“

“Went July 4th and didn't realize they were closing early. I was welcomed in with smiles and great service even though they were closing in 20 min. Very thankful for the polite and friendly staff. Never felt like i was that customer who comes at closing. The coffee was great as usual and had great small talk with employees while waiting. Have been here several times and will continue to visit. Thank you for great coffee. Even at closing“
