“Plainfield’s 3rd grade all-star football team celebrated the end of the season in downtown Plainfield. Al’s donuts opened up their shop to our loud and busy team and offered them all delicious donuts on the house!! Just the best way to connect to their hometown! “This morning I had 30 minutes to wait for a store to open up and wandered into Pana. I was greeted by a very cheerful young lady who was ready to help me find what was just right for me on the menu. The 2-Item sandwich on a bagel was the perfect fit. Now for something to drink, she asked a few questions and we decided the cold Peach Tea was for me. After just a tiny wait my breakfast arrived warm and incredibly tasty! The bagel was just right, and being from NY I am very picky when it comes to bagels, LOL! The Peach Tea was AMAZING!!! My only mistake was ordering a small instead of a large! It made the whole breakfast!! Even though I didn't have a donut, there is no doubt they are wonderful. As sat eating my perfect breakfast the deive-up was constant and the people were coming and going, getting everything from just a donut to over 2 dozen! Thanks for a fabulous experience and I will certainly be back!!“

“It had been a little over 5 1/2 years since the last time I had a chance to visit this location. I used to go there when I did some work locally. We stayed in a nearby hotel for the Notre Dame game. My wife and I went this morning really early about 6:30 am. I never got the girls name who was working by herself, but she was super awesome! We bought 2 dozen Donuts as she suggested, fan favorites. They are as good as I remembered them and my family loved them too. Great jobbas always. I'll make sure it's not another 5 1/2 years before my next visit. Also, great coffee as always too! To the girl working by herself this morning, you were wonderful and a fantastic representative of this establishment!“

“I want to give a huge shoutout to Ariana and Dalton (and all the bakers)!!! They came to my rescue, and made 2 dozen donuts for my son’s pre-k class last minute. I meant to call and place an order for 2+ days, but I just kept forgetting. It was after 8pm the night before my son’s birthday party at school that I realized I hadn’t placed an order yet. I desperately messaged Jack’s Facebook hoping they could save me, and oh my goodness they did!!! Ariana took my order at 9pm the night before, and the bakers the next morning made the donuts on time! My 5 year old and all his pre-k friends were ecstatic. We love your donuts and service, and that’s why we keep coming back! Thank you again!!!!“
