“not only did i receive the product i was searching for, but was given very great attentive service as well. I highly recommend the teas as well, the 'yellow jacket' being my favorite. I can tell a passionate soul when i see one and I will definitely be returning here for all my collagen needs in the future. thank you for the warm smile and education, see you soon.“
“Fantastic donuts at fantastic price. Staff is always cheerful and efficient. Never had to wait more than 5 minutes here even when the line was to the door. These aren't normal donuts (at least most of them aren't) but rather more "extreme" creations. Very cool to see these especially at such a good price. They could easily charge $5+ for some of their larger/complex varieties, but instead keep the prices to a minimum.“
“The donuts were fresh and super soft when we went Friday morning. I have been searching for a chewy, soft yeast donut on the north side and they did not disappoint. The boba tea and Thai tea are wonderful too! I took a dozen assorted donuts into work and everyone was impressed. Will definitely be going here from now on.“
“As far as bakeries go, this is fantastic. Their sugar cookies, mini cakes, and birthday cakes blow any competition out of the park. I recently got a birthday cake from them (white cake with vanilla frosting) and it was far better than any grocery store cake. It was moist, fluffy and dense, and it had a very interesting citrusy flavor that made it taste unique, aside from just your standard cake. Only reason why I don’t rate this 5 stars is because some of their items are on the pricer side (then again, it is a local business so that is to be expected)“
“This place is so cute! You're immediately greeted by a fun mural and. WALL full of yummy looking jarred food options like pickles and apple butter. Would that I could buy them all. But then you turn around and it's a wall full of DONUTS. Everything looked absolutely stunning. It smelled incredible. I ordered a cinnamon roll and a pecan sticky roll and both were out of this world. I'll be back to try a donut for sure!“
“It took several visits until we found that magical OPEN sign in front of this little locally-owned donut shop. Jim, the owner and donut chef opens at 5 am and sells until the donuts run out (usually by 9 am). The shop is not fancy, but just plain old cute and non-pretentious. The walls are adorned with a mixture of golf, fishing and miscellaneous decor. Jim greets you with a big smile standing behind a case filled with freshly-baked assorted donuts. He recommends the glazed or cake donuts. He also serves coffee...nothing fancy, just coffee. Jim only takes cash or checks, no credit or debit cards, so bring cash. Most folks take their donuts to go, but there are three tables to enjoy donuts and coffee. I devour a glazed donut that melts in my mouth. Jim offers a donut hole to a toddler that just walked in. This has been my favorite stop on the donut tour. I love a good small local business and I'll be dreaming about Jim's donuts.“
“I've been to Parlor donuts twice now. The first time, I got a French Toast donut for myself, a Carnival donut for my child who wasn't there, and my other child ordered a breakfast taco. I also ordered a latte (no syrup). The latte was great, and my donut was good, with a flaky texture that's along the lines of a cronut. My youngest didn't like the donut I got for her because she didn't like the texture, but her loss! Anyway, it might not be everyone's cup of tea, but I really liked it. My oldest really liked her breakfast taco as well. The first visit, I didn't really see the full menu before ordering a donut (my fault, not theirs) so I vowed to come back and get avocado toast the next time. Which I did, and overall it had a great flavor, but I was disappointed because it was so, SO salty. I'd hesitate to order it again. I also got a bourbon caramel donut and that was AMAZING, and my husband got a raspberry pistachio donut that was also so delicious. The kids each got a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on ciabatta, which were inhaled so I think they enjoyed them. Service is a bit slow for anything you order other than donuts, but given that the line is usually out the door, that's to be expected.“
“The customer service was phenomenal and each order was clearly packed with the utmost care! The gentleman that helped us explained to us how they were different from regular donuts. I saw that another reviewer said they seemed stale, I expect this was because they were expecting regular donuts. They are made with rice flour so they are slightly crisp on the outside and then fluffy inside. The closest thing I can compare the texture to is maybe like a churro or a funnel cake. We tried one of each flavor available and they were all delicious! The worker also made sure to point out any potential allergens without me asking, which I thought was very thoughtful and kind. We will definitely be back!“
“My first visit and did not disappoint! The variety of donuts in the afternoon was still pretty good I got the coconut cream pie donut, strawberry frosted glazed donut and the chocolate with white fluff filling. All I can say is I will be back for more. Yummmmmy!!!“
“Absolutely delicious! I was blown away at how amazing these all were - gs cookie tagalong, maple bacon, reese's pieces, sprinkles & raspberry malasadas's. Loved the donut wall in the dining room & the fast friendly service as well.“
“First time here! I’m visiting from Florida although I grew up in Indy! I was coming back from a walk on the Monon Trail and stopped for a coffee and blueberry muffin. Both were excellent. I highly recommend the muffin because it has a cream cheese filling. Yum! I will definitely be back again.“
“I could not have had a better experience at Mochi Joy today!! The owners were so sweet and helpful and they had so many flavors to pick from. As a picky eater, I can’t tell you how much I appreciate that! Not to mention how flavorful everything was!!! I can’t wait to go back!“
