When you go on the inside to the dining room the workers in there are not very friendly the quite rude same with drive-thru I need to just fire the whole team
while i have had bad experiences at this location prior, today was a wonderful redemption!! the girl with the red braids and the guy with the long hair were ON IT! super friendly, speedy service, and when they gave us the wrong frosty on accident they corrected it quickly and efficiently!! first time in a long time i’ve had excellent service at a wendy’s location, these two deserve recognition!!
This place was not busy. Burger was cold .

Wendy's on Thompson Road has recently undergone new management, resulting in a noticeable improvement in all aspects of the restaurant. The food is served nice and hot, and the manager is friendly. Despite a previous bad reputation, the staff goes above and beyond to correct any mistakes, especially if approached in a nice and polite manner. The sandwiches are put together perfectly, resembling those in commercials, although the service might be slow at times. The restaurant is well maintained, and the drive-through operates even when the seating area is closed. Customers have noted that the staff, including a young black girl at the window, are very nice and accommodating, often repeating orders accurately and making sure the food is fresh and hot. Overall, this Wendy's has improved significantly, offering good service and delicious, fresh food in a clean environment.
