The basics are fairly simple. Pasqually's is, first of all, unrelated to local mini-chain Pasquale's, a vastly superior pizza in every way. Pasqually's is a ghost kitchen operating under CEC Entertainment, the parent of Chuck E. Cheese. With over 400 ghost kitchens nationwide, all operating within the kitchens of Chuck E. Cheese. This location operates within the Castleton location on East 82nd Street. Additionally, Pasqually's is only available via delivery - either through the Pasqually's website or via GrubHub, DoorDash, or UberEats. If you're familiar with Chuck E. Cheese pizza, then you have a fairly decent idea of what to expect from Pasqually's. It's edible but middle-of-the-road pizza that is simple, fresh, but will never be confused with one of Indy's premiere pizza joints. Pasqually's, as you can probably guess, emphasizes pizza and wings. I've tried the pizza. I've not tried the wings. Today, I decided to splurge a bit since it was cold outside and my energy has been running low. I ordered a pepperoni pizza via GrubHub. I will admit that I'm not a fan of GrubHub, however, I've been lucky that several friends have served up gift cards during my current cancer journey and on these days when the fatigue is high I have a handy dandy option for a meal without putting forth much effort. Pasqually's started early in the pandemic (early 2020) when business nearly plummeted for Chuck E. Cheese, a business heavily reliant on children's parties and suddenly there were none. Supposedly, this was in the works prior to the pandemic but suddenly it became a path to corporate survival. Pasqually's does offer an e-club. The menu includes pizza, wings, meatballs, cheesy bread, salads, a few sides, beverages, and such. Again, all are for delivery only. I don't always need to be dazzled with my pizza. Sometimes, simplicity works. Today was one of those days. If you want a gourmet pizza, look elsewhere. If you're content with a simple and straightforward option likely to more please the kids than the adults then Pasqually's is likely a decent option.
