I ordered a taco salad and cheese bread. At first, the taco meat was burnt and asked for some different meat then I was given half of the meat that I had before. The young boy had an attitude because I corrected him. I don’t know why this place is still open because they have very bad customer service. Younger kids need to learn how to deal with customers, so that they will have repeat customers and whoever owns this restaurant, needs to read the reviews and see that this particular employee continues to have bad customer service skills.

Took an hour and a half to get a pizza delivered and the pizza was less than mediocre... Taste like a frozen pizza only the crust is like leather!

I just moved to the Mars Hill area about a couple months ago. I have been looking for a local pizza place to eat from that's not papa John's or Dominos. This place was pretty solid. It wasn't the best pizza ever but the sauce was good. Plenty of toppings. The delivery time was pretty quick as well.

if I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a pizza and the person making it cooked their hair INSIDE the pizza. not as if it fell on top after cooking but actually melted with the cheese. I called them and they didn't offer a refund nor a replacement basically telling me nothing they could do. I think it's disgusting to take a bite of pizza and hair pull away like floss in your teeth!!!

I've never ordered from here before, I had a pizza delivered last night from the Rockville Rd store. I paid 30 dollars. My pizza was literally burnt on the bottom, & ice cold when it arrived to me. I called the store, & the gentleman still did not put the manager on the phone. I'm still upset for the waste of my money.Laurie Mayle

Warning!!!! Do not let that bad reviews sway you, This place is fantastic we got thin crust pep mush sausage and it was really great after a Wwe event At Gainbridge arena! All the other downtown pizza spots were closed by the time we got out of the venue. So we ordered Piezanos and it was great!

I've tried giving this placed the benefit of the doubt, but they have continually disappointed me with the quality of their pizza. A waste of money. This use to be good pizza at the one on HighSchool Rd was. The toppings were minimum to none, not even covering the entire pizza. The sauce was too saucy in one area and none in another, the crust literally tasted and looked like it was made out of cardboard. I took a bite and could barely bite through the crust. Unsure if the crust was old or what. I was not in the mood to cook and I ended up cooking anyway. I DO NOT recommend this place and suggest you go anywhere but here.
