Unfortunately there are no negative numbers. My order was not correct. I contacted the store and spoke to the "store manager" and told her 6 times what was missing. When she asked 7th time I ask if she was the manager. I also asked her if she knows what customer service is and she informed she is a manager and doesn't do customer service. Definitely should not be in a management position. She hung up and I called back. She informed me they would not be refunding any of my order...read full review
Messed up the order and the wait was incredibly long.
My wife placed an order online. Said 15 minutes. After 15 minutes we loaded our kids in the car, in the rain..Arrived at the pizza hut. Wife runs inside and was told it be a like 2 minutes, moments later she was told it be another 6. No real apology, no trying to make it right. Then to make the situation worse the lady who came in after us got 20% off because they had to take her order again. So if you want to wait 45 minutes for pizza sure order from here.
