workers have terrible attitudes and are so hateful. they demanded i order at the kiosk while they all stood at the counter and did nothing after i just watched them do a transaction. pizza isn’t the best either, there’s way too much cheese you cant even eat it. it’s like soup. go to chick fil a instead. the lines worth it.

The last two times I went since I came on campus for spring, my pizza was barely cooked. Bordering on raw in the middle. Should be no surprise that this place never has a line anymore. Before COVID-19 shut down campus this was a great place to get pizza but now not so much. Go to the chic-fil- a or Panda Express instead. Also, why not sell bread sticks or cheese sticks? The pretzel nuggets are nothing to write home about.

Ordered wings online. Came to pick up at 9. This short black woman rudely says "there is no food here" and I assume they messed up my order or she didn't want to go and get it. Very disappointing experience as I hadn't had pizza hut in a while and after this probably won't anytime soon.
