Horrible wait times i did door dash and 4 drivers canceled because the long wait and the phone number doesn’t work to call to speak to a manager. Just horrible

This restaurant needs a manager who serves fast, poor hygiene.

Came here tonight ordered my food (Drive Through) and when i get to the window to pay some girl is there tells me my total with a horrible attitude takes my card and when i look at her to get a receipt she says there is no receipt i asked why she responds with an attitude machine is not working i said ok and as im driving up she says Bi$%# .. I asked to speak with a manager the guy helping says he is the manager and i tell him what happened and he just looks at me and says i will talk to her (smh). But a guy name Jojo (yoyo) sorry if not spelling it correctly . Came out and apologize and he made sure my order was fresh and correct .. Thank u Mr. Jojo for been the better person and for taking care of the situation. If you are not the Manager you should be !! Great customer service from JoJo (yoyo). ONLY gave 3 stars because of him !!!😊

Stood there at the counter for 10 minutes. No one else was in the dining area. Employees ignored us while fulfilling Door Dash orders. Don't waste your time here....go to Chick-fil-A across the street for better service!!

Waited for 10 minutes at the counter and made eye contact with several employees that just ignored us. I finally asked if they were taking orders at the counter and a lady responded that they were, but that they had Door Dash orders and then walked away. I said that some type of acknowledgement would've been nice and she ignored me again. We walked out and went less than a mile down the street to Chick-fil-A where we got really great service as usual. Customer service is sorely lacking at this location!
