The food was hot and tasted great — no complaints there. Unfortunately, the service was less than desirable. I waited several minutes at the first window where the sign says to stop and pay, but no one came. After waiting, I pulled up to the next window and held out my debit card to pay. The employee at the window snapped, “Didn’t you pay?” I explained that no one was at the first window and that the sign didn’t exactly say what she claimed. She immediately became rude, took my card, and continued speaking in a tone that was far from professional.
When another employee, a Hispanic woman, brought my food to the window, I asked for the first employee’s name but received only a blank look as if she didn’t understand me.
The food itself was great, but customer service training definitely seems needed at this location, or be aware of your drive thru/counter staff and how they are treating patrons!

Ordered online and got this crap, is this a joke ? My husband picked up the order and came home to see this? Very cold , old fries with 5 pieces of fries in each box. They don’t like to cook so they turn off the deep fryer at night and not cook things fresh . Horrible !! DONT COME HERE , very rude cold shoulder employees
* The chicken was so hard you'd have to drown it in sauce for it to be edible

Worst experience ever!

Every time I come here the staff is rude and makes you feel like youre an inconvenience to them. Last time I ate here I got food poisoning from the chicken sandwich. They forgot half my food and when I went back to get it they already knew they had forgotten to put it in there.

Threw my phone away on accident, realized hours later called the store, the manager Monte said the trash hasn’t been dumped yet…he went through the trash before I could even get there and found the phone… wonderful customer service thank you so much monte !!!!

I can never get all white meat when coming to this location. Always tells me I can't do this right now. Always pay extra but Always a no. U are supposed to serve your customers it shld never be I cant

…im a frequent one at this location! and i honestly adore the staff- super kind anytime i go, and i always try to assure them that i appreciate it- kindness goes a long way when you extend it- never had a problem here- ever. food is always fresh and they’ve got the best strawberry tea, hands down! thank you ❤️

They were out of coleslaw. Had to pull up and wait for my order. Every time I seem to go to either locations they are always OUT OF COLESLAW ‼️ Not good when it’s a lot of folks get that as a side. On top of that it tear folks stomach up! I mean what are people not washing their hands properly or letting food get time temp and abused. All the Popeyes on the east side of town suck! And I know that for a fact now!
