Came here tonight ordered my food (Drive Through) and when i get to the window to pay some girl is there tells me my total with a horrible attitude takes my card and when i look at her to get a receipt she says there is no receipt i asked why she responds with an attitude machine is not working i said ok and as im driving up she says Bi$%# .. This location can be very hit or miss depending on who is working at the time of ordering. I have previously ordered the 5 peice chicken box and shrimp from this location and everything was so perfect in it but today I ordered the same item and it was not up to standard and they shorted me on my shrimp. Always make sure to look in the bag as well as the staff hardly ever put the sauces from your order in the bag with silverware or napkins.
I went inside to order dinner for my parents due to the drive thru Lume being extremely long. I had to wait 13 minutes for my order, so I sat inside and had time to look at the store and it was filthy, there was not one table clean, they all had food and trash on every one of them. If it weren't what they wanted I would've went somewhere else.
