Horrible service took 1 hour to have my food ready.I ordered online before heading there and they still couldn’t have it ready in time.last time eating here .👎👎

Absolutely horrific service, I’ve never been treated so poorly. The front counter employee was so extremely rude. Will never return to this location. If I could I would give zero stars.

YOU NEED TO FIRE PRETTY MUCH EVERYONE IN THERE THEY ALL ARE TERRIBLE AT THEIR JOBS AND ARE RUDE IF YOU GIVE THEM ANY COMPLAINTS

Went for lunch. Girl at window was not friendly at all. Gave me the wrong order then acted upset when I took it back. Second time this location has done this. People are not friendly here. Don’t waste your time going to this location. If I could give less than one star I would.

Popeyes everywhere are becoming less and less. I gave this Popeyes a chance. From the time I ordered and received my food. Which was about maybe 5 minutes. My chicken was cold, undercooked. Fries were stuck together and cold. Sweet tea was not made like Popeyes sweet tea is supposed to be. This happens at every Popeyes I go to across my own state. It’s really sad because I used to love this place. I guess I will no longer be going to any Popeyes in the future.

Popeyes seems fine but this location is not it. Save yourself the frustration. 7pm on a Saturday and they don't have boneless wings or tenders. Wouldn't let us pick up mobile order at the drive thru. Talked down to us when we checked if the order was correct. Lots of people stuck waiting inside. One of the employees didn't want to make a new batch of fries so she said she was going to just scrape the last 10 or so out of the prep thing and send it to the person at the window. Another customer said he'd been waiting 25 minutes for three pieces of chicken.

At this location you will have to jump through hoops and wait a long time for your food and once you get it there's a good chance it won't be correct in my experience.

Awful....how's the chicken gross and that's what you specialize in???? Nothing but grease, please learn how to fry the chicken if your going to work here...beyond disappointed.

This place is a mess. I ordered online then when I get there they waited on chicken so they told me to pull up. I waited for 15 minutes still no order.Somi get out the cook didn’t even started to cook my tenders. So had to wait 10 more minutes. So unprofessional. I won’t be going back .Even the manager said something to him and for him to get smart with her.

The rice was undercooked in the red beans & rice dish.

The gentleman taking the order couldn't even ring it up right, kept trying to overcharge us

Placed a mobile order, arrived at 8:25, only person there at the time. By 8:55 I still didn’t have my food. Unsure how it could take that long for a simple order. Told multiple times when they would bring someone else their food that mine was being worked on but had to wait over 30 minutes for the food. If it was super busy i’d be more understanding of the time it took but that is just too long.

Why cant i get fresh food the last 3 visits i had to bring the food back i think im just going to drive alittle further to better popeyes
