Good sandwich but WAY to much mayonnaise on it. Enough for 3 sandwiches.

Unfortunately my issue isn't as much with this location but the support at corporate... The location made a mistake and accidentally gave me an Uber Eats order but I didn't realize until I was home. I reached out to support and even with proof showing my order in their own app and the bag with the Uber Eats order they refused to make things right.

Now they just keep the ticket open and stopped responding once I was able to prove the honest mistake. This was from Feb 26th/Feb 27th Wild behavior from corporate and Andy G the Supervisor for their support in particular.

Holy waste of absolute time

I don’t expect much from a fast food place but Jesus

Staff was rude ash and literally could’ve gone to Olive Garden, gotten my meal and been gone in the amount of time I waited for my food

We used to order sandwiches for our office of 15+ people fairly often but I got so tired of the poor service that I removed it from our rotation. Unfortunate, because we really like the food. You're missing out on a decent chunk of change from our orders alone because of the people you hire and allow to take their bad attitudes out on customers! I would love to come back but it's not worth the frustration

While my wife is in Community North we clear Popeyes with the doctors and order. In our order the drinks were switched to Sprites instead of premium tea and premium lemonade with no decrease in price. I ordered a classic chicken sandwich and received the sandwich with no pickels and this rubber piece that I can only assume comes from a mayonnaise gun if that's what they use. I truly don't know where it came from but it was in my sandwich. I really hope I dont get sick or catch something. I am thankful it wasn't in my pregnant wife's food.

I’ve been to this Popeyes twice in the same week and had a great experience both times, largely because of the excellent customer service.

On my first visit, I ordered ahead and our plans changed, so I decided to eat inside with my girls. The restaurant was clean, my order was ready on time, and everything was correct. Every item I needed was in the bag — no missing sauces, no forgotten apple pie, nothing. That alone impressed me, because something is usually forgotten at most places. We were able to sit down and eat with no issues.

On my second visit, I ordered inside and was helped by Amorie (or Amori — apologies if I’m spelling it wrong). She was friendly, patient, and very professional. I even watched another customer be rude to her, and she never changed her tone or attitude. She continued to help him and made sure he got what he needed. She was clearly working hard and making sure everyone was taken care of. My food was fresh and correct again, and she let me know my pie was still coming and personally brought it out to me. The restaurant was clean once again and comfortable for dining inside.

To be honest, past visits many years ago are what kept me from coming back to this location. The customer service back then was rude and made it feel like asking for your order to be correct was an inconvenience. This time was a completely different experience and feels like a fresh start. It actually made me want to come back again.

Amorie/Amori deserves recognition — 10/10 customer service. I don’t mind spending my money here if this is the level of service being provided. I wish there were more people like her in these establishments.
