QDOBA Mexican Eats

It's good. It's healthy but it's expensive I think. It's nothing to get a chicken bowl and a beverage and it's $20. I think it's overpriced. I'm always shocked how much my tab is and I'm not that cheap so.....bring your piggy bank.

Can I’m to pickup takeout at 8:50PM. Attempted to use the restroom but was told by the cleaner that both restrooms had bleach all over them and can be used. This established doesn’t close until. This is unacceptable

There's no nachos in my nachos! Ordered my usual nachos for pickup via the mobile app this morning. Got home with a stapled shut bag and there were no chips in my nachos :-(

Today, Saturday, August 17, 2024, it was 7.25am and they didn't want to let us in when there was a person in there????They didn't even take the time to say it was closed?I didn't have my burrito for breakfast?

Always delicious. The staff are very friendly. Dining room could use a make over.

I am never one to write reviews, but for my job, I have to order a lot of catering. Some Qdobas in the area are really difficult to work with. But this location (Norgate) goes above and beyond and I only have good things to say! The GM worked with me to solve an issue I had and she was so kind and understanding and was able to help get on order in in less than 24 hours notice. And their driver was amazing too! So kind and thorough, he set up our order (for 80+) people beautifully!! I am just so grateful for them. And the food is always a big hit too, with both the kids and adults! <3

I placed a large catering order on Monday morning from the 7411 Keystone location which was scheduled to be delivered on Wednesday between 11a to 11:15a. I received my confirmation email soon after placing my order on Monday and assumed all was set. This was a catering order for a retirement event at work. On Wednesday at 11:16a I called to inquire about my delivery status and was told my order was void because there was no delivery driver. I never received any notice or anything of the order being voided. Ended up ordering pizza for the staff, but was very disappointed in the lack of service and the management at this particular Qdoba store. Will never do business at this location again!

Whoever the lunch crew was on 6/5 at noon absolutely sucked. It was amazing to see the how long the line got with no regard for urgency whatsoever by any employees. The girl in front of me actually gave up and just left.
